Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We made a stop here on a cross country road trip. Didn’t realize the lobby was closing in ten minutes and we have a bunch of kids, so eating ice cream in the car & in the dark isn’t really an option. The employees were so kind to us, told us not to rush, and even brought out an extra cone, which my son promptly volunteered to eat! Thank you DQ Laramie ♥

I was visiting a family member that was in the hospital. Nick was working the window. The drive threw was very busy, but he kept his composer. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to enteract with, and thorough. I have to say he made my visit to the hospital less chaotic. Please keep this gent around!!

Jeff is the best. He made my order on spot because they didn't get it right the first time. My chicken basket and my oreo blizzard was on point! He cares and he is great!

The customer service that we received by John, the drive thru worker, was absolutely amazing!! Very polite and friendly. I haven't had a happy, upbeat fast food employee like John in a very long time!!! We need more people like you!

Had a burger and a chili dog. Both were delicious

We ordered food 50 dollars worth and the food was cold and missing cheese curds and very poor quality the gravy was flaverd water frys were hard chicken was cold in spots

I just went through the drive through, the staff were busy and very professional. The guy serving me accidentally dropped my ice cream, which pretty much summed up my life at the moment, so I had to laugh.

He and his colleagues handled the situation very calmly and professionally. Have a great night guys!

Place was super busy... Had a new bee waiter.. kid did great... Even asked his super for help... All orders were received perfectly... Deliveries were spot on... Time to receive mine was adequate... Was t in a hurry .. nothing was missing nor mixed up .. kid, however, did have to "take a breather" .. he'd been on duty only three days

Was really impressed with the service and prep of our food! Very kind and polite and made you feel at home! They even gave our pit bull a pup cup! Best experience I have had in laramie fast food service!!

Love the blizzards. Food always delivered hot. I use delivery because of different reasons, but order is always correct, fresh, and delicious.

The guy at the counter at the Laramie location was the friendliest fast food employee that I have ever interacted with. The burger and fries were very good.

What a crew. They're generally quite busy when I go (summer evenings, after games etc). The crew is always professional and they keep up with the line when it wraps to 3rd street. Hopefully indoor seating will be open again soon.

The food was great. They were very busy and kept up with orders really well. Jeff was very courteous and helpful even when extremely busy during lunch rush. Highly recommend this Dairy Queen.

My wife and I owned and operated the Dairy Queen in Sterling Colorado for over 38 years and stopped in Saturday evening with our son and grandson after a peewee hockey match. This store is clean ,with a friendly staff,and a great product. Good job

I am a Dairy Queen lover and I am very picky about service and quality. This is an amazing DQ! Service was outstanding, and for the first time in about 10 years my large blizzard was fully mixed all the way though to the last bite! Wow! Great job y'all!

I like the staff here. They're kind and have not gotten my order wrong the 2 times I have been there so far. They even gave my dog a pup cup. So kind.

I'm from Florida and I'm on a cross country road trip to Seattle WA. Winter Storm Quid came through so I got a room at the Gas Light Inn and walked here to this Dairy Queen for Dinner, I got a bacon burger and a mushroom burger with fries and a drink! The food was SUPERB!
