Shawn was very informative and knowledgeable about vehicles they sell. He was more than helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. What a pleasant experience!

I bought a used truck this past week, and traded in my old one. Everyone was helpful, up-front, and fair. I loved the experience and drove away with smile. Here is where it gets interesting though... 40 miles later, a massive coolant leak/blowout happens on the freeway, and to be honest, I thought I was screwed. I'm NOT used to dealerships taking care of me after the paperwork is signed, and anticipated more of the same. Well, the folks here not only fixed everything and let me drive my old truck while the new one was in the shop, they didn't charge me a dime. To be frank, they could have charged me. There isn't a warranty, and I did buy the truck as-is, but they took care of me, and 100% earned my repeat business, as well as me sending more business their way through referrals.
THIS is how dealerships should be. I'm beyond impressed!

I was in a car accident this past March and totaled my car. I contacted Dennis and he work endlessly to get me into a great car. Not only that but he faught hard to get the bank to say yes. Him and Dave are incredible and I couldn't be happier.

This past weekend I bought my husband a truck and once again I got top teir service. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy.

We had a great experience here. There was no surprises on the purchase of our new truck and no crazy mark up. The best part was there was no pressure when we got in the finance office either. Very friendly and straight forward staff.

Wow, what a great group of people to work with. I called on a vehicle Johnson’s was taking in on trade. Shawn was the person who answered my call. Shawn described the vehicle the best he could remember. Somehow, he was able to send me some photos even though the vehicle wasn’t turned in yet by the previous owner. The vehicle was better than he described, and we were able to reach an agreement over the phone.

Jay works in the detail shop. He did a fabulous job cleaning the vehicle and minimizing a stain on the driver’s seat. If you didn’t know where the stain was at, you wouldn’t even be able to find it. Mellissa handled all the paperwork, explaining the why and what for each document. We found all three of these individuals to be very considerate and friendly.

We had the choice of working with a local dealership a week earlier on the type of vehicle we ultimately purchased with Johnson’s. The local dealership didn’t give us the same relaxed no pressure feeling. With the local dealership, we felt like we were being sold, instead of someone working with us. If we had to make the choice again of working with the local dealership or working with Shawn, Jay, and Mellissa. We would drive the three hours again to Laramie, to work with Shawn, Jay, and Mellissa, no questions asked. We found them to be honest, straight forward and had an enjoyable experience working with them.

Oh, and most importantly, they helped make me “Dad of the day” as my daughter absolutely loves the Jeep, we brought home for her. Thank you, Shawn, Jay and Mellissa.

Just a quick note to express my gratitude to the folks at Johnson Auto of Laramie! You guys knocked it out of the park! I am an older buyer by any stretch of the measure and appreciate direct talk and action. Johnson Auto provided me with exactly that and more! My Sale Associate was Shawn Wedemeyer and my situation was this…I was looking for a dually to haul a larger RV. I contacted Shawn after I noticed an internet ad reflecting approximately what I was looking for. Now, I realized that should this transaction go through, I would have to travel 2 states to pick up my truck so I wasn’t really all that excited about the deal until I spoke with Shawn…Shawn, if you are reading this, I appreciate your attitude, understanding and patience with this old man and in addition I fully appreciate you going above and beyond at each and every step of the way to make this not only a very pleasing experience but one that made me feel right at home during the entire process! Back to facts….The unit I was looking for was in transit and Shawn, in respect to my time and planning, kept me informed at each and every turn. I knew approximately the exact day I could expect my truck to arrive which made my planning all that much easier. Again…showing respect to the customer is HUGE in my world. Once I arrived at the Johnson Auto of Laramie I was treated like family! I was introduced to the staff and hand carried throughout the process at every turn. I absolutely enjoyed the time I spent at Johnson Auto of Laramie. As for the deal that I received…OUTSTANDING. It is apparent to anyone that can read that deals come and go…Sometimes you get lucky and get a “Smokin Deal” and other times you get “Smoked”. I am the type of person that believes that everyone deserves to get the best deal possible which also allows for a good profit for the “seller” along with a good savings to the “buyer”! To me, a good deal is one that everyone makes appreciable gains! I feel like I received the absolute best deal possible saving me thousands of dollars on my end yet leaving Johnson Auto of Laramie some “meat on the bone” so they can keep their lights on! After all…in a few years I’ll travel across the country to see them again and purchase another vehicle from them as they have earned my business by the way they treat their customers. Absolutely 💯 recommend. Luke was wonderful to work with. We'll be back. The financing was easy, and we were able to do all the paperwork from home before the final signatures on our 2023 Limited Longhorn.

Aiden and Kaden were very helpful in helping me find, test drive, and buy a used car the process was easy and they helped me a lot.

I have deleted my prior review and radically upgraded my rating in light of their careful diagnosis and meticulous/thorough repairs on my car's brake system, what amounts to concierge service to "make things right." Many an auto repair shop would have ignored or soft-pedaled customer complaints about expensive prior work not yet fixing the problem, but not Johnson Auto. They went beyond providing a 360 degree warranty of their work (including a loaner vehicle), but found and fixed an incipient problem that could easily have gone undetected. Led by their very honest, conscientious and experienced service manage Tim S., they have regained my trust. My wife and I are most grateful.

Very friendly and easy process for buying our vehicle. Told them we live in Riverton. It’ll be a 3.5 hour drive. They said no problem we will wait for you. We were in and out about hour and half driving our vehicle home. I would highly recommend Johnson Auto for your next vehicle.

Not your typical Dodge Ram dealer... And that's a good thing. I worked with Kaden and was able to put a deposit on a truck in transit. Worked out a trade number over the phone. I had just put new all terrain tires on my trade and happened to be the same size as the Ram 3500 I was getting I wanted them swapped. Had some scheduling issues and more or less was driving to pickup the truck knowing the tires were not going to be swapped. But Kaden sent me a text on my way there saying the tires are off and waiting for you to arrive. I got there late but they grabed my trade the second I got there pulled the tires off. I buy many vehicles from dealers and the finance guy I actually liked which is a first for maybe 20 dealer purchases. Actually no hassle and even with the dam tire swap probably the fastest dealer buying experience yet. Thank you Kaden

I took my car to my regular mechanic (Fat Boys) to get an oil change. It had been a while since my last one (my fault) and they had to send me to Johnson Auto to fix the issues my car was having. Tim was able to squeeze my car in and have it back to me by the next day when I desperately needed it. He treated me with respect and and kept me updated through the whole process. My car has been running great and, while I will still use Fat Boys as my mechanic, I would recommend Johnson especially in an emergency. Price was definitely reasonable
Lesson learned, I will be better about keeping up care of my vehicle.

Put tires on for me. They were fast, friendly. And the price was good.

Car we were towing with our RV had one tire with low pressure when we stopped for the weekend in Laramie. They put us at the front of the line on Monday morning and we were back on the road with a repaired tire in about an hour.

I was very pleased with the experience from Johnson’s Auto in Laramie. The staff was very helpful and honest. They were fast to respond about the vehicle I was interested in. They work very hard at getting you approved. I will definitely consider them first in any purchases in the future.
