We were involved in a huge pileup on i80. Laws brought us pet supplies to the hotel and would not even accept payment. God bless you guys for helping the community when it was time to be eating Thanksgiving dinner with the family.

About a month ago me, my brother, and my friend were walking to a gas station. On the way there we saw a snake we thought could be hurt, but waited to see if the snake was still there after we were heading back after going. When we saw the snake was still there we sat with it, trying to see if we could get it to move. If still hadn't after about 30 minutes, so we called Laramie Animal Welfare Society to see if someone could come get the little guy. It took a bit because they didn't think anyone was working that could come get them, but soon eventually when someone came to get the snake. They were so understanding and gentle with him/her. I don't know much on how the snake is now but I hope it's doing better.

2 years later I’m living with my best friends I adopted from here!! But enough about my babies…the fosters and adoption center were exceptional. Gave me tons of info, esp about introducing cats to each other. All the advice worked perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Kind hearted people work tirelessly to provide whatever they can to protect animals and to find homes for them!

I volunteer here for about an hour once a week and absolutely love it. If you aren't in a place where you can own a cat, but love animals, consider applying to volunteer!

Love spending time with the kitties

The volunteers and staff genuinely care and love animals. They put in a lot of work, training kittens (yes...you can imagine how hard that is) and doing TNR (which is basically God's work). I have a cat from LAWS and she is the absolute best. Before they let us adopt her, they vetted us more than I have been vetted for most jobs. They literally turned us onto everything "animal rescue." We still support and contribute annually to LAWS despite not living in Laramie anymore! Please consider donating you time and money to this amazing organization.

They were a huge help with some kitties I picked up and needed safer barn home and be together. They took in one to find him a indoor home. They helped also with my kittens. They're very nice to humans and love the animals. Thank you all

Great place, Friendly staff and clean facilities. The adoption process is straight forward and they definitely care of the animals well and make sure that they go to good homes. Would recommend shopping here first for an animal instead of buying one. Lots of little baes need love!!

Fantastic organization committed to finding homes for homeless animals. I recently worked with LAWS to help a client of mine seek compassionate care foster for her dog when she became unable to care for him. It took a while to get ahold of anyone, but then two days later they had found a foster home for him and even agreed to meet me late in the evening.

Have not been there yet but I have heard from several people that they will help you with what they can if funds are there. If you fallen sick like myself and can't afford things like before this place will help. If anything please donate this is a good cause with Me being a senior and now fallen sick my dog is the only thing that's keeping me fighting to stay alive.

Kind caring and wonderful staff. They want to meet you and make sure you are the right person to take one of their pets. It was a great experience.

They are the best with taking care of abandoned animals please donate to them they work so hard to save the furbabies that people abandoned.

Best place from which to adopt a lifelong companion. At LAWS, the welfare of the animals is priority #1.

They were friendly, the place was clean love the fact the the kitties were allowed to run free. Thinking about donating some time to help.

This is a great organization. I know lots of the volunteers and they take great care of the animals they take in.
