Chantel did an amazing job on my puppies yesterday. They look and feel great. I'm so pleased with how it all went and my dogs are so fancy now!

My pup had a surgery a few weeks ago and of course got slobber and a whole lot of things stuck in his fur where his cone sits. Bark Avenue was so awesome to keep his surgery site dry and not bathe that aspect quite yet, they cleaned up his face and neck, and even went as far as to even clean his cone off, He looks much less of a mess now!

Shantelle is the kindest groomer I have ever interacted with. I called on Tuesday and she was able to get my dog in that Thursday. She quoted me what I paid for. His cut was exactly what I asked for. Teddy is a very timid pup but when I picked him up he was super happy. Thanks again! I will definitely be bringing by again.

Just got my daughters Service Dog Dexter back and as always he looks so so handsome and smells great!!
Shantell is the only person I would let groom this handsome pup.
Dexter gets so excited every time he goes to Bark Ave and even more happy when he sees Shantell!!

Amazing care & great results. My 3 dogs were taken care of the same day & look fantastic! Reasonable prices with many eminities included. It is cheaper than the vet with the same professionalism.

Got my pup booked quickly and she looks amazing (Australian Sheppard). Not only did I have a great experience and my pup was smelled and looked so nice after, I realized days later that I accidentally took her in a week too early! Shantelle didn't even bat an eye, she took her in and was so kind. While I don't recommend ever showing up THAT early for an appointment, it speaks to the quality of service that I wasn't turned away or at least reminded how to read a calendar. Thanks Shantelle and Team! 10/10

They are awesome! My chihuahua won't let me clip his nails but they always get it done with care and efficiency. It's easy to trust them with your canine companions!

We recently had our last grooming session with bark ave, and needless to say we'll be missing the staff, and I can only hope we find a groomer as wonderful and pleasant to work with in California. We've never once been disappointed and we always have peace of mind when our dog is there! We know he's getting the best treatment with shantelle and her staff! Alfie will miss you guys! Definitely recommend this place!!

The folks here were super sweet as I came in to pick up my dogs, the gal (I forgot her name, oops) was very friendly and helpful, and my St. Bernard came home well groomed and smelling like a rose. A dog-rose! My sister's Plott Hound was really happy to get to play with new people and dogs.
All in all, we will definitely be coming back for all our dogs' needs!

Our Geeat Pyrenees, Chloe, (20 mo.) has been going to Bark Ave. since she was a puppy. She has been in her shedding phase (oh, the hair!!). She got bath, de-shed, brush and dry. She looked gorgeous. She really enjoys her time with the folks at Bark Ave.

She done an excellent job with Shadow my little Shihtzu who has separation anxiety when he is away from his mommy. He's normally really anxious to leave and is upset (former groomers), with Shantelle he was very relaxed and happy to just walk around the shop, we have found our permanent groomer. I feel comfortable leaving him with her. Thank you for making Shadows spa day enjoyable for the both of us.

Shantelle did an awesome job with my border collie mix Theo. Theo got a de-shed treatment, a cut, and bathed and he looks amazing! The pricing for it was just right! I am very pleased with his new look for spring and we will definitely be coming back again for his summer cut!

We took our little Aussie in as a matted disaster, the care she received was wonderful. We were warned up front that clipping may be necessary to avoid bruising, to take that into consideration shows me our little girl was in good hands. The end result was better than we could have imagined, she looks great, is mat free, and smells great. Thank you.

Excellent grooming for my Newfoundland. Clean facility (if a bit hard to see from the road the first time you go there). Owner is extremely friendly and caring towards animals, and is an excellent groomer.
