I went here to get some plants for my garden. They have a really good selection in their greenhouse. Their Greenhouse is about half of their store. Lots of organic fertilizers and Pest Control. It's a good store

This was a good experience. We found what we needed inside the store with help from service personnel and then they loaded mulch into our truck very efficiently. The price is a little higher than at other garden shops in big box stores but the service balances it out nicely.

I've been coming to Ace for 15 years, and it has always been pleasant. The thing that keeps me coming back isn't the selection or the prices, but it is the sfatt member Linda! She is amazing and is the absolutely best part of shopping at Ace!

The employees at this location are absolutely fantastic. I bought a traeger grill 10 months ago and they spent about a half hour with me trying to get a copy of my receipt printed that I needed for warranty work. They went above and beyond what any other store would do to help me out. I can’t recommend this location enough. .

Such a great local hardware store. The employees are always so helpful and kind. I love that I can bring my dog inside! The sales are great and the return process is so easy. I like that they can save all my paint colors electronically in store! The reward program is amazing!

Buy some screw with a knot. It was easy to find stuff and it was fast in the cashier. It's really easy to find the aisle for electricity.

This store has more merchandise per square foot than any other store in the world.

I love this little shop! The people here are really friendly, the store, while confusing, is well laid out, so when you do find what row you're to be looking in, it doesn't take an hour to find which item you need. We can run in and out very fast, get an employee to point us in the right direction, pay and be out of there in just a few minutes. We rarely wait in line, or even wait for help. They're happy to cut things to length for you too if you need that, just one more nice thing about them that doesn't make me have to drive to cheyenne to find a box store!

Friendly staff. Nick helped so much! At first he was figuring out how to help us best and when we asked for more he went above and beyond to set up the whole contraption for us. Great service. Very appreciated for my family who is new to town.

They have everything you could want (except for groceries 😂). The staff is so nice and very helpful.

I go into Ace on a regular basis, the employees are always friendly, very helpful, and extremely courteous. I am able to get help quickly and fined just what I need, and if they do not have it they are always willing to order it from there warehouse. Getting my order is no problem either, it only take a couple of days! I will go back to Ace any time.

Went in just to grab a roll of electrical tape, was helped right away, I then realized that I left my card in the car, the gentleman who was helping me offered to put my item at the register. Great customer service! Keep up the good work.

Had all the tools I needed for my weekend project and off road travels. Some items may be a bit expensive, but they will have almost everything home and garden you would need. Also it's still nicer than giving wal-mart your money.

Went to Ace looking for a jobsite generator and some furniture connector pieces.
We were helped by a young lady who was able to answer most questions.... Locate a store where we could purchase the generator we were looking for and she asked other employees for help in locating the furniture connectors... We were pleased with the service and will shop there again..

I started my business 6 months ago and the business I elected to buy my supplies from was Ace Hardware In Laramie. From the very beginning I received top notch customer service. No one ever pretended to know something they didn't and if they did not know the answer, they found it for me. In few areas their prices are a little higher, but for the excellent customer service I receive, it is WELL worth it.

I always find what I'm looking for. Recently I found KN95 masks after scouring all pharmacies and Walmart. Right now, construction is annoying, but employees are right there to help navigate the project. Employees are all friendly, helpful, and wear masks.
