Great job on prepping and flavoring the corned beef! The best I ever ate! Their corned beef tastes far different from the ones from chained grocery stores. Lean with some fats, very meaty texture, way less salty, and much healthier!

I enjoy doing the business with Salli and her employees. I purchase various meats there weekly. There’s no way I can go back to store bought meats. Support local ranchers and butchers!

Really awesome place! I've have literally turned to buying 95% of my meats from BB. The quality is unbelievable so it's not hard to be converted. The staff is also always nice and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I seriously have not experienced a single one of them showing a poor mood. They work with you and get you what you want. The prices aren't really much higher than a grocery store. The quality to cost ratio is justifiable in every way.

Awesome Place! People and our steak were phenomenal!!! We just stopped for the heck of it and met some wonderful people. My grandson is really into spices and they recommend a good one.(there are quite a few to choose from). Definitely will go back!!!

Best customer service and highest quality meat we’ve ever had. Upon reading past reviews I see Josh Bean is complaining about the quality of a hog he had processed. When you look at the picture he included you can see it was processed in December of 2018. Ham is only good for 6 months in the freezer according to the cold storage chart I found on the internet. Shame on Josh for blaming the processor for his problem.

Best meat in town! This place will let you give them an order that your can pick up later, and has given a better price when the order is large. They also offer bones for the dogs free. The hot dogs are the best I've ever had. I wouldn't buy anywhere else now.

I love the Butcher Block! I won't get my meat anywhere else. The people there are awesome and always willing to explain and answer any questions I have. They've even carried my order out to my truck for me. Just amazing people and crazy good food.

We RV seven months out of the year and last year we were in 23 states and travelled over 20,000 miles. Stopped by and got a couple of rib-eyes and my wife said they were the best she ever had. Take that Texas! Stopping by today before we get back on the road to stock up for some more.

The most generous and easy to work with people! The butcher block has offered wonderful services to friends and clients for years and they always have a bright and smiling atmosphere! They are dedicated to clean and ethical work and doing business with them is always enjoyable!

The quality of meat offered here is so far above and beyond what you find at the grocery stores it is worth what you pay. You can go in and buy a single steak or order an entire pig.

Excellent meat for great prices, they have butchered every animal we've had butchered and always do a fantastic job, I live in Colorado now but will always get my meat from here!
