Beth, hank you so much for helping us with our hitch! It was a Sunday and she picked up the phone!! I was so relieved! She spent time with me on the phone and talked me through some trouble shooting. Ultimately, Beth and her excellent maintenance man came out to save us! They fixed the problem and gave me some really great advice! Great place for self storage and RV storage. REALLY great people.

Beth is absolutely amazing very accommodating I live in cheyenne and she met with me on a Sunday to get all moved in very happy with the sirvice units are as advertised so nu surprises and best of all no lease ...I lost my keys in the parking lot and not being from laramie I didn't know anyone to go check I calld Beth and she went out of her way and found them I'm so happy I found this place

Worst service I've had at this place is the last 4 months. I've had units with them for the past few years. Emptied our little one out in March still haven't received our deposit back. Nobody is ever in the office when you stop because they are on the property so you have to call a number that they don't answer it only goes to voicemail which doesn't do any good when are wanting assistance at the office at that time. Done trying to get another unit I'm going somewhere else now.
Forgot I did this review until I got an email the owner responded. Have to say that I wrote this review when I was having issues not getting anything done and it was Beth who finally took care of my deposit. She has done great with my dad's unit and has called right away if there is ever any problem as. I'm keeping my original post but adding this information so people can see things have changed over the past yr since I first made my comment with only one star.

On the 4th she had already put a lock on the door, after she said she would not lock out until after 30 days of being late. The bad part is the rent wouldn’t have been late if there was ever someone in the office. Moving our stuff down the street even if the price is a little more expensive, at least you can get ahold of someone and know that if they say they will lock you out on a specific date it won’t be before.
