Undercover Spas and Beds fixed my hot tub located in Centennial the day I called. Richie, the spa tech, called me to discuss the problem, then called after the repair. Very satisfied with their service!

Mike was very polite, professional and was able to get use exactly what we wanted at a great price! We even ended up picking out a bad for our master bedroom! Laramie Wy is an awesome town too. We will be back.

Excellent service. Left for winter. Power shut off to hot tub. I thought I had a complete breakage. Tech came out in cold repaired it and returned to follow up.

I have done business with the folks at Undercover Beds and Spas since waaaay back, when they were Undercover Waterbeds!!! Even though waterbeds lost popularity, Mike still serviced us and helped us get new mattresses, and then recently when we moved from our longtime home, he had his staff come and drain the waterbed, take apart the huge heavy wooden frame and drawer base, and toted it upstairs for us. At one point in our crazy life, we toted that waterbed back to Kentucky with us. Mike counseled us long distance on how to best support that heavy bed in our rented house. He helped us with so many mattress purchases over the years, always coming through quickly for us, always kind and respectful in his dealings with us, and always willing to send capable staff to help us. His business will always provide exceptional customer service and care, and he is also determined to carry the best merchandise. You can't go wrong when you head his way.
