Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Came to our house at 9am on a Sunday, on Memorial Day Weekend! He replaced our garbage disposal in 10 minutes. Thank you!

Amazingly competent and diversified. We needed a complete remodel and they did everything that needed done: wall construction, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, install doors, plumbing, electrical outlets, gas heaters, flooring, etc. they were there every day like clockwork till the job was done.

Fast, local, and friendly. Dawn's Handyman Services has saved me with maintenance problems at a local hotel a few times. I would use Dawn's Handyman Services again, and I recommend giving them a try.

They did 2 projects for me: put it some custom shelving into two closets and put in two doors.

With the closets, they were done sloppily. A few of the boards were crooked and one was too long and jammed in so that the ceiling was lifting and created a gap between the wall and the ceiling in the trailer.

Next, they installed a new front door and took out my previous back door and replaced it with the old front door. They left my old door frames and trash in my yard and didn't remove at the end of the job. Lots of random pieces of wood with nails sticking out that I had to remove so my dog wouldn't step on one.

They did fix the closet shelving but I was kind of upset that they left it like that at first and I even had to ask when I was paying them $45/hr and well over $1000 (not including materials just labor) for the two projects.

They were nice enough guys but I probably wouldn't use again.

So he no showed me twice. Once he gave a little notice. The second time we had to call him in the middle of the day of the appointment. Said he was tied up on a plumbing problem. Never returned another text.

Don’t use this guy. The work was beyond shoddy. He did come back to make it better but the work is falling apart within 2 weeks

The work he does is of low quality and his attitude is unprofessional.

Called for quote and was treated very poorly.
