Registration on website very convenient. Notified via text when to leave home for appt. Front desk, nurse and PA very professional and thorough. Environment clean, neat and comfortable. A positive first time visit. I’d recommend and will use again, if needed.

My Care Now experience today was great. I registered online to save time. The receptionist called me when they were ready to see me, so I stayed at home until they called. Very convenient! I arrived, completed som paperwork and waited for my turn. On New Year’s Eve, with only one provider the wait wasn’t too bad. Great service, great people.

Fastest visit I have ever had at a doctor/urgent care. Staff were friendly and attentive. Even though the visit was fast, the staff and NP were very thorough in accessing my symptom's and providing me the care that I needed.

I’m really experienced great customer service especially from Ms. Latia. She was very attentive to my needs as far as me explaining the details of how I was feeling. We need more Latia’s in the world. Overall a very pleasant visit. I don’t want to be sick again but if I do I will certainly come back. Ms Carrie was also very pleasant and kind.

As a new patient registration took a little time but it was easy to ousting their device. Wednesday morning was not very busy so I was seen quickly. My nurse was excellent and very nice to deal with. Tests took 15 minutes then the nurse practitioner saw me and prescribed treatment. Took about and hour. I’m very pleased. Hopefully I was diagnosed properly and should be feeling well in a couple of days.

Very clean waiting and examination rooms. Easy to get in and out of. And most importantly, polite, personable, knowledgeable staff. Care Now will now be my go to place for medical treatment. 5 Stars for sure !!

Was seen very quickly. Staff courteous and professional. Office is new. You can make an appointment on line and register which speeds up the process. I could not see my regular GP and had been feeling ill for a couple days. I wanted to be seen as quickly as possible and get some relief . It was a good experience. Have been there previously for Covid testing.

Dr. Patel was friendly and took her time to listen to symptoms and explained everything well. She answered all my questions.

Based on my previous experiences, I loathe emergency clinics and make it a point to avoid them. The care received at this location however was exceptionally good!

Registration was easy, very friendly reception. I was stung by a bee causing my ring finger to swell, cutting off circulation to my finger. The ring had to be cut off. I was seen very quickly and my issue was resolved in a professional and caring way. Highly recommended for urgent care needs.

From the time I called in to schedule an appointment until I left the building. Everyone was polite, respectfully and helpful. The assistant at the desk, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. Jennifer who took my stats was gentle and super sweet and calmed my nerves. My doctor, she was super patience and explained everything to make sure I understand what I needed to do to get better. I love my BetterMed experience every time.

Excellent choice for a DOT random drug screening. Within walking distance of the truck stop. Clean, friendly, excellent communication, quick in and out. They followed all of the chain of custody protocols and I was quickly on my way.

Front Desk Staff were Friendly and knowledgeable. The Nurse and Provider Jennifer were very Friendly & caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns & answered them. I would recommend them

Well the guy that’s there now is very nice and patient, the clinic is neat and clean. And it was a in and out which I liked. Everyone was nice to me.

They were extremely caring and sympathetic to how bad I felt, really listened to all my symptoms and concerns, tested for all possibilities and found solutions to help me start feeling better. Very thorough, warm, and welcoming.

Wonderful experience. I left a different urgent care after ninety minutes of waiting and not one person being seen and I cane here and they were fast and friendly. Great to know they are so close to my second home here.

Even though short staffed, employees were pleasant and very informative. Very clean environment and I also met another individual from New York and we talked about why we relocated. Physician Assistant was thorough and very courteous. Definitely would patron their establishment again.

TreVon welcomes you & is so helpful & pleasant. I went in with discomfort in my upper arm from possibly a pulled muscle and all three nurses were so nice and helpful, as if they were old girlfriends of mine. I met Kathleen first for the typical consult & vitals. She was fantastic & so personable. I love how thorough Beth, x-ray technician, was with explaining about the x-ray process and what to expect after. And Jenn just elevated my experience with her exceptional communication & wanting to be thorough with finding the issue & keeping me informed (I literally just got a call from her giving me the radiologists results) … onto VA Ortho!!
