TA Travel Center

I went to the service centers to get a PM done on my truck. I’m not gonna lie. It took quite a bit but everything that I needed got done. The employees at the service station was amazing. Everybody was friendly, warm and kind usually when I go to truckstops to get a PM done, they never have the correct filters for my truck. The service guy at this truck location went out and bought filters for my truck so it can get service. I really appreciate you guys and thank you for looking out for me. Don’t let these negative comments stop you from your blessings.

Spent 34 hours here doing a restart.
Bathrooms are decent, clean for the most part. Showers are small, for 2 people at least.
Had dinner at Country Pride, no problems there, food was great. Waitress was good as well.
Had lunch at Popeyes, not the friendliest group of employees, but service was fast and order was correct.

We stopped here to fuel up the car after midnight. Both bathrooms were clean. There was an employee cleaning the men's room. We were pleasantly surprised.

Clean Store. Clean bathroom. Has a Popeys and a Pizza Hut. Shell Gas. 12/9/19 gas is $2.19.
Customer service was good.

Pretty decent truck stop. About 300 parking spots. 40 of which are "reserved". Decent food. Well lit at night. Never used the shop though, so good luck with that.

Need to do some upgrade it is a mega corporation but no have control of the staff working. Mechanics no show up and no body no if they will come to work or no. Mean who make the schedule the boss or employee?

Good place to stop, take a break, fuel up, or get fed. Plenty of parking. Very clean rest rooms. Friendly staff.

This is a pretty big TA with lots of parking. At 2000 hours, there was still plenty of semi truck parking. Convenient access off the I95. Clean and have a Popeye's restaurant inside.

Extremely cordial and attractive employees very receptive to the truck drivers needs I even tip two of them for their cordiality and told them a math problem they probably will remember hopefully!

I had a good time. Cashier was incredibly professional, and very pleasant. A Plus would come back again.
Not a whole lot of parking for truckers unfortunately, however location is really good. Bathrooms are clean, maintained regularly.
The food was really good, I appreciate the quality in which the coffee taste. You can tell the machines are cleaned.

Had to stop for gas on the way to Richmond and gps navigated me to this place. Which it worked out well for me because they had a little rest stop attached to the gas station and also a public restroom along with a little store with some neat trinkets and taffy and a restaurant.. I was able to get gas and pull over into the parking lot and relax for a minute while I looked online for better directions to our destination.

We just went in for air and to use the restroom. My young nephews and I were running low on air in my tire. I was on the edge and needed to go another 2 hours. The young nice lady at the register informed me the air machine was down and directed me to the friendliest group in the truck center.
When we left we all felt blessed to be in the hands of NICE folks at a truck stop. I'm glad I needed air to catch my blessing. We made it home safe and sound. Thank you for hiring NICE PEOPLE.

Good food. Great shower, with only one addendum, there really needs to be shower curtains and drains outside of the showers. I was in #6, shower pressure was awesome by the way, and the shower head selections were fabulous-greatly appreciated that fact, as it had one that beat you about the head and shoulders with vigor, and felt amazing. But seriously needed a shower curtain and drain (only drain is in the shower-appreciated) outside for standing water to go down. Had to use 2 towels (thank you for the extra towels placed in rack) to soak up the water outside of the shower.

Our waitress Ruth was fun, attentive, very good at her job. Days hit sucked, they left our table a mess that Ruth corrected quickly. .day shift waitress sucked. Went in for breakfast, yea has to get my own to go box, the cashiers in the store were rude. Left one employee who was busy cleaning, they just went out to smoke and left her to do it all

Was pleasantly surprised at this TA. From the time walked in the door. We met Peach at the desk and she was awesome and very helpful, to getting a nice shower and then a great breakfast with smiling faces and great service.
Will definitely come back here again. Thanks for a good experience.

Customer service is great! Staff always with a smile. Well maintained TA. Also the girls at the Pizza Hut Express did a great job love the food with service. Definitely coming back next time around!!

The parking lot is a nice size an clean from what we could see. Inside, each section was nicely separated, sad to hear that the restaurant will be closing sometime in the future, even with that sad bit of information all of the employees were very friendly.

Great place to stop. They have top tier gas, decent food options and plenty of parking. Conveniently located right off the I-95 for quick fill up and to get back to your travels. Every employee I've encountered has been super nice and pleasant.

Got my truck worked on and something to eat at the "Pizza Hut" inside. I got in and out. The mechanics were very professional. The store serves is professional as well. There is also plenty of parking. This will be my rest area everytime I come to Virginia.😎💯✌🏾

Best truck stop buffet I've had in years! Salad bar was fresh and crisp, even had fresh kiwi and pineapple. BBQ chicken was moist, Not dried out. Everything was good, and the desserts...Yummy!!!
