I have worked here for 2 years. Excellent work environment. No intimidation of any kind. Honorable fair and supportive business practices where the managers value you as an employee. Competitive benefit package for those who stick with the program. Longevity is rewarded.

Definitely the best place I've ever worked at. The managers are amazing, very well run.
They are always taking suggestions and will always reply to your concerns.
The parking lot is a bit far, but not unbearably so. Working in summer can be a challange with the heat, but keep hydrated or talk to your managers and they'll most likely work with you.

A really good place to work. Many opportunities to learn new things or acheive higher goals Amazon takes care of there Amazonians. Do your best and is all that's really asked. Be willing to help fix or correct any mistakes u seeing and understand it's not a chore. Correcting things saves someone from getting hurt. Safty is important all the way around. this was a need to know for me. i have been to RIC5 several times and did not know until today that RIC5 and RIC9 are the same location. i had not had RIC9 in my loads before. relay app/support did not send me cancelled load info however, the young man at guard shack on 11/14/22 at 0200 was amazing. i didn’t get his name but he took my phone, flipped thru the app in record time. bless his heart. he probably looked at this old woman and felt sry for my lack of techno knowledge.

I love Amazon, myself and my husband. UPS, Amazon vehicles or private drivers are always at my door bringn us some goodies. Everyone is always trying their very best to be a proud employee. Some days we may have a couple of deliveries. It's like a drug; we are always looking for something and we know exactly where to look to find it. In the earlier days because we have prime deliveries were coming daily. Now, that they have grown and added these vendors I have had good experiences with and some have been kinda rude. I call customer service and they make me happy and must talk with that vendor. They have good stuff to but because I'm always looking at their site; some vendor prices are outrageous. One minute things are one price is shown next time you look they have gone up more. Some of them are price gouging just because they are greedy and rude. I tell them that they are not of Amazon quality. We are talking through Amazon, of course. But, I'll have to get them straight for things like saying free returns then when you want to return; they want to charge you by taking shipping out of your refund payment. $5.99 seems to be the price they take out of your money when they claim it was gonna be free return. I let customer service know the are being dishonest and customer service makes sure your my experience is a good one in the end. I notice there are promises that may end up running late, but I don't get upset about it. Everyone is a little late sometimes in life. We don't expect grown people to be rude about it. You can ask for a refund at anytime for any reason. Everybody understands traffic and mishaps in life. Most times; it's at ur door next day. Amazon alerts you as soon as they can. This is great service as well even if they are running a little late. You can always ask for a refund, at any time. Nobody's perfect so why get all upset. If it's something you have to have immediately; you can always go to a store. No harm done. Even, if no one is home the employees are being great. I have cameras up and no one knows. If I choose to check their employees are the best. I have to say it; I'm not pleased with some of their vendors. But, I'm sure they will get it together soon & strive to meet Amazon's quality. Their are many to choose from so one bad apple stops nothing be4 it's rooted out of the barrel. Amazon remains my favorite. They have job openings paying a good wage for people that can get there and really want a job rather than waiting for a handout. At this time; we all need help in one way or the other. I don't mean folks that has not loss one cent of their pay since this deadly virus. But, it's always the person that's never been married telling you what to do in ur marriage or never had a child and tells you how to raise yours. And those that has never missed a meal or been put of out of their home that tries to tell you that it's okay that ur children can go to bed hungry or sleep in a car w/ ur child & blanket crying until the river is full. I mean those folks in Washington sitting on their a** telling people on hard times they shouldn't have $600. They are millionaires in most cases; their kids have private schools, never been hungry a day in their life. They are heartless; don't give a damn about anyone but themselves. Even won't even vote after facts that have heard. They have soul their souls to the devil and have chosen not to do anything but follow the devil. They r just interested in power not people. I hope that people with good sense remember to vote everyone of them out of these positions when it's time to express our power. I'm especially speaking of Mitchell McConnell; he should never been allowed in any office. He thinks he is too big to be knocked down. Remember, his old twisted face people. He is the rotten apple with 2 faces & can't be trusted by any means. All of them are getting a paycheck and have done absolutely nothing to help the poor. Let the children starve, let them try to sleep in the cold with snow on the ground. It's not their family; Vote! Vote! When time people! Be safe!

The environment is more laid back and easier to get a blue badge their because its automatic conversion. Overnight also pays 18 an hour for that shift. Love it.

Best place to work, my mistake of having to move back home and transferring to Durham NC was the disaster.

Not much of a wait to get your load it takes longer checking in cause all the box trucks. Be careful with those guys some of them don’t have a cdl

The warehouse is very clean. The employees to the supervisors, are great people. If you are looking for a job to supplement your income this is the place to work at.

Nice place to work. Its not the full- filment center. 4 to 8hr shifts.. Do your work with a steady pace and you straight..
