I highly recommend! She works with just about everyone.... Me and my sister got into a really really bad car accident and was left with nothing but $1000.... We came to Harriet Salley, where she was able to put us in a 2015 ford edge which is my sisters favorite car! The car had very low mileage and came with a dealer warranty which we love! She worked with us with the down payment and treats you just like family!

I will never use another car dealership again. Harriet makes you feel like family the second you walk through her doors! My husband and I just planned to look around but absolutely could not leave without a vehicle. She did everything humanly possible to get us good payments and a fair price and worked with our schedule and budget.we wanted a car that had not yet been cleaned and hoped to have it in time for Easter for our kids and she worked with us and let us take it today and is allowing us to have it cleaned at detailed with our person and still paying for it to be done. If you don't understand all the paperwork don't worry she will explain it in simple terms. I have never had such an amazing experience with any car dealership or car dealer in my entire life and I will continue to use her and her company until we can't anymore. A rough start to a great ending.
Mrs. Sally was quick to resolve. Surely I will recommend their firm again and again.
Mrs. Sally was very kind and worked with my Wife and myself on a trade in. The 1st vehicle purchased was problematic and we all decided a trade would be of best interest. She took us out of a 2007 and put us in a 2013. Newer, way less mileage, clean and running fine no additional monies and we were in and out riding all without a hitch. Other than agreed contracts. Harriet is the best. I originally met Harriet around 2001 when she was working for a dealership on Nine Mile Road. I will never forget when I first met her I told her exactly what I was looking for, my price range and when I needed it. She said, "Ok - I got you" and boy did she. She called me back by that next morning with exactly what I wanted. Now to fast forward to the present - she has her own dealership. I called Harriet on last Tuesday (9/27) and told her that my son needed a car ASAP, she said, "Ok - I got him; just have him come by to see me today." He did and by the end of the day my son had his 1st car that he purchased on his own - not only did she get him approved for his own loan at a good rate she got a him a monthly payment that was less than what we expected. To make things even better his friend that gave him a ride to the dealership drove off with a new car as well. GOD is good. Went and got a car here......Ms harriet went out of her way to help me.....I am truly blessed because I have 4 boys and it was really hard to fit all of them inside the small car drove before....... Now , I drive a wonderful and extreamly spacious van that fits right in with my lifestyle and budget......I highly recommend this place!
