T F Alterations & Cleaners

FAST and CONVENIENT! I have taken multiple bridesmaid dresses and had them altered here! They are always ready within a week or so and are so easy to work with! Well priced!

I mainly only get one or two things cleaned at a time but they have always done a good job and even helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed it back quickly.

I’ll give 2 stars because she did a decent job with the hem that I needed for a bridesmaid dress. However, I brought the brand new dress in a little over 3 weeks before I needed it. Picked it up and was SHOCKED at the price she gave me to take off about 2 inches of the dress. $120! More than I paid for the actual dress. She said because of the tulle material, but after talking to a few other people, this shouldn’t have been more than $70. Plus the dress was dirty after I left it there. The lady there will take advantage of you. I’ll be trying Cindy’s alterations next time. I heard she is honest and does good work. Stay far away from TF Cleaners.

I don't believe I can enter less than a one star review on this format, but anyone reading this review shouldn't assume that the establishment even merits one star. This place came recommended by a family member. Unfortunately, they ruined one cashmere sweater by shrinking it and failed to remove a stain from another cashmere sweater. They made no effort whatsoever to address this issue and apparently thought they were being generous by not charging us the cleaning fee. Patronize at your own risk.

I took 5 coats and a few other things to the owner of this company last year 2 dress coats, and 3 suit coats. She charged over $80 for cleaning and alterations. She did not have the anything ready when she promised (I got them back almost 3 weeks later) but she ruined 2 jackets by rubbing the spot off of CHASMERE!!!!! CASHMERE!!! YOU DON'T RUB A DIRTY SPOT OFF OF CHASMERE!!!! Well this establishment did and they messed up not only 2 CHASMERE coats of a total $450 value but she didnt even clean the other things!!!! The same spots that I pointed to her were STILL THERE!!!! INCLUDING DEODORANT SPOTS!!!!! SHE BECAME MEAN AND TOLD ME THAT SHE DID THE BEST THAT SHE COULD!!!!! HOW?!!!! BY NOT CLEANING ANY OF MY CLOTHES AND MESSING UP 2 CASHMERE COATS OF MINE??!!!!!!

this is a horrible business! Not only did she try to rush me out of her store so that she didn't have to deal with her poor services in front of her other customers coming inside the store but she flat out lied and was mean on top of it all!!!! She didn't even give me money back for ruining my two coats!!!!

This place beside Food lion really deserves negative stars.... They are lucky this thing only allows 1-5 stars!!!! A while back i bought a shirt for a formal occasion at Mens warehouse..... that shirt needed cleaning after i spilled something on it...also 1 of my 3 suits needed cleaning. took these 2 items here to T F. Shirt and suit. My first impression of the lady up front was she was socially awkward.... she looks at you like your stupid and talks to you like it too! she does show respect... but i really did not like the way she talked and looked at me. just uncomfortable. there are a lot of awkward people nowadays but some people. you just have to tolerate them!!! Heres what got me mad..... I get my shirt and suit back. it wasn't very long. the waiting time was actually really good!! they called me in a timely manner. left me a message and i went to pick them up. When I got home.... my shirt was not the shirt I left with them. It was someone else's!! unbelievable. I immediately called them and they never picked up the phone. left them a message to call me back immediately. did not call back even in a half hour! i called back again... they picked up and i asked them why they did not call back immediately. they said they did not hear the phone. i explained to them they gave me the wrong shirt and the lady said she did not....SO I drove all the way back to there. which is almost a 20 min drive btw! I was lucky i had a photo of myself with MY shirt on. if not, i might not have gotten my shirt back... until maybe the other person also realised the mix up..... this lady was adamant she hadn't given me the wrong item. she would not own up to it only until AFTER i showed the picture to her. BASICALLY. too much trouble from these people. Go somewhere else. They don't even do that great of a job. The shirt had yellow / brown around the collar from where I would sweat. they didn't even clean it all. it was still visible!!
