Big Lots

Amazing store and staffs. From the management to the associates everyone that work there are just amazing. The store manager is very nice and always ready to help. He is very professional and helped my husband loads the sofa and refuse to take the tips. Going forward this will be my preferred big lots.

Never in my life have I found myself around this many budget friendly and necessary treasures. How could this Gem of a store have been hiding from me? I plan on coming back.

Very clean, friendly and nice store. All employees that work there are very helpful. The manager is great and always ready to help. I bought some furniture from online. Decide to return it the store manager was so helpful and help me get another one I liked.

Great finds at a discount!!! Everything from home decor to clothing!!! Always remember, when they place holiday finds on their shelves, I suggest you get them. They will sell out!!

I really liked this store

This is one of Big Lots' new store designs and I really like the new open layout. We went to get a piece of furniture and the store staff couldn't have been more helpful. First I called to ensure they had it in stock (the corporate online inventory isn't always current), and the lady I spoke to went to the back and opened the box to confirm it was not only the model but color I wanted. When we arrived for pickup, Michael (Asst Mgr) was friendly, extremely helpful and talked us through downloading the app so we got a large "joining up" discount and saved a tons of money. Great experience, thank you!

Great place to find home decor, from gardening to furniture. The furniture section is not as large as other Big Lots stores with furniture sections. They have grocery items as well, but nothing frozen or perishable. The employees are always pleasant and helpful as well.

The store was clean and well organized and the cashier was very quick to offer help. I was in and out and found what I need. pleasantly surprised nothing like other Discount Store I've been to. Great job to the team there.

It was my first time going to Big Lots. The store was clean and well stocked. It had a good selection and I bought more then I planned. Staff was helpful. I would shop here again.

Andrew was awesome! Talked to him a few times when I called the store and told me everything, made my return very very easy. He even remembered my name when I came in-store to do the return *two weeks later*! Crazy awesome customer service. Thanks Andrew (I hope I remembered his name correctly)

Great selection, clean and organized, easy to find things. Prices are excellent and staff are friendly. Great selection of bed linens and kitchen utensils, towels, etc.

OK, this is the best organized and cleanest BigLots store I've ever seen. I really like the furniture/mattress display area and the wide range of products throughout the store. Lots of nice Broyhill furniture... a bit pricey for what I typically expect when i visit BigLots but the name brand and higher quality selection were a nice surprise. Really wide range of products here... like a treasure hunt.

They carry overstock and items nearing the expiration date. Their prices are good. The store is clean and we'll organized. It's worth a visit!

The young lady that helped us was wonderful and knew her job. She was working in the furniture dept and was great finding the chair I was looking for. I forgot to get her name so I couldn't give her name for future use. The Big Lots we visited was in Manassas, Va.

Love this place! Some quirky things, but also imitations of more expensive items sold at Big Lot bargain prices. Dont forget to check out their outdoor section!

This is a new store! Well lit and well laid out. There is a good selection of reasonably priced products you've come to expect of Big Lots. Clean bathrooms, vast parking, Bestbuy, Burlington, KFC and latino restaurants nearby.

Very good prices on many items. Their towel sales are great. Discounts provide low prices.

So excited to see this store here. I have only been in the area a few months and could use all the resources I can get that are not the other store... You know? Rhymes with Mall Art?

Great store. They have everything from home items to food items. I think everything is reasonably priced. The store is very clean and organized.
