Cave Spring Baptist Church

Attended an ABSOLUTELY beautiful holiday music program at Cave Spring Baptist Church. The church was decorated tastefully with lots of beautiful greenery and displays. The handball chior began the program with familiar and festive holiday tunes skillfully played on gorgeous gold bells. A small orchestra accompanied the large choir, (violins, flutes, clairnet, french horn, bassoon, trumpet and grand piano) with a rhythm section complete with tympani with electric guitar and a pastor on acoustic guitar. The choir consisted of many many members, with different talented soloists who all presented holiday music both familiar and new. Audience sing alongs were special, as well as the children's choir! Overall, the presentation was balanced, providing variety with inspirational, joyful, and calming melodic tones. I never knew there were so many talented people in Cave Spring!

We love the Cave because it is an example of a community that is warm, loving, and focused on Christ. The pastoral team at this church lead us with such grace and conviction, and we have developed a deep appreciation for how this church brings generations together. Not only does CSBC seek to minister to our local community, but we see over and over again how CSBC values taking the gospel to the ends of the earth. We feel really blessed to be a part of it!

When my family and I moved here we were looking for a church to call home. Cave spring became that church and more. We joined within 6months for living here in the Roanoke area. They are definitely as a church should be. They care and for some it may be overwhelming but for me it was comforting to know I had gained a family. Although I am not actively attending due to relocation I miss them dearly. The activities for children is amazing as well as the multitude of classes you can take to get closer to God and grow and to build relationships with other believers. It's a traditional style of service and very structured. Even though that was not the style of worship I was use to I enjoyed the sermans so much and the relationships that style didnt matter the word did.

CSBC is a welcoming body of believers that seek to honor the Lord in all that they do. All of the church leaders are well-trained, godly men who desire to bring about greater worship of God in their own lives, in the lives of their congregation, and in the surrounding community. This church is clearly founded upon Christ and His word, and are a loving group of folks.

We joined CSBC last year and it has been a blessing to our family. We felt welcomed from day one. Sound biblical teaching with a heart for healthy community and missions.

I have been a part of CSBC for several years now and have been greatly impacted by the people here. The teaching and worship are based completely on the Word of God. CSBC is a welcoming and loving community for all people!!!

Our neighbor invited us a year ago and we have been in love with the church ever since. The people are caring and love the Lord. It has a family atmosphere which is the way it should be.

Great teaching of the word! A caring community of believers who accept you for who you are. We have believers who are native of Brazil, India, and Haiti among others.

We love participating in Upward Basketball with them. They do a great job and share God's love in their interactions.

Thankful for the thoughtfulness of the leaders at Cave Spring! I have been more than blessed by your care and sharpened by your teaching.

I have enjoyed multiple visits here. Seems great for members and out of town visitors alike. Message truly focused on the Word.
