Dr. Richard Gardner did an exceptional job on our son’s ear tube inserts. He is really kind, he puts nervous parents like me at ease, and he's very knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly, too. NP Song is also nice and caring. She’s easy to talk to and enthusiastic in answering our concerns/questions. Our son never had ear infection and we noticed he started talking more & happier after the procedure, as well. He’s 3 now and has almost outgrown the tubes! We’re grateful to all the staff in ENT Specialist of Northern VA who helped with our son. We highly recommend them as well.

Dr. Gardner was great. Appointment went very quickly. Wasn’t in room long before being seen, and when seen Dr. Gardner listened to my concerns, explained what he believed was going on, and then prepped me for a nose scope to make sure what he suspected was correct. Nose scope was easy, and Dr. Gardner explained what he saw, treatment and I was done. Office was punctual and professional and I highly recommended this office.

Dr. Richard Gardner is the best!!! I’m very happy with how my sons surgery went and all the care the practice and the surgery center did for us. Highly recommend them for anyone with ENT issues.

There's only a few that I like this most of my too busy and hurry it through the appointments . I've had headaches and sinus problems for about 3 years now and he is going to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Dr Gardner.

Dr. Gardner is so gentle, patient and kind. A few years ago I saw him and he recommended stopping to use the Qtips. I didn't listen so my wax got impacted. Today I saw him and he very gently was able to remove it and now my hearing is great. Thank you Dr. Gardner. Would recommend him and the office greatly.

If I could give 20 stars I would, I am still new to this office. I have only been a couple of times and the service is AMAZING!!. From the time I checked in and checked out... Nikki the Medical Assistant was GREAT!!! Nikki was very caring and polite :) Today was the first time I saw Mrs. Deena,( Nurse Practitioner).. OMG!!! she was so Kind and Caring. she took her time and explained everything to me. her Professionalism was EXCELLENT. Maria at checkout was GREAT as well. this office is just THE BEST!!!!!!!

I have been seen by Dr. Gardner for several years. He has never once said "this is what we need to do". It has always been "these are the options, these are the risks, think about it and let me know". He also respects my desire to stay away from medications when possible. For me, that is huge! There are too many doctors that try to push in one direction or another.
When I could no longer put off a surgical procedure, Dr. Gardner and the team were amazing! Recovery was no where near as bad as I had expected.

Dr Richard Gardner is a AMAZING ENT MD that actually speaks English in the Northern Va area, he’s willing to explain all procedures and protocols needed. I’ve dealt with about 5 doctors out here and none of them seem like they have the ability of spelling there own names.

Dr. Gardner is awesome! He explains things so you can understand them and doesn't make you feel stupid. The office staff are all super-helpful, too!
