My partner’s parents left us their house when they moved up North, we really didn’t know what to do with it seeing as we already had a house of our own. We let the house sit unattended for a couple of month until we finally came to the decision that we we’re going to sell it. However we didnt know where to start since we had only ever bought a house and never sold one before. My partners co-worker recommended Meridian Trust, and it seemed like the most perfect option seeing as we wanted the house sold that very second if possible. Our helping agent was Andrew, he is simply incredible. He explained how the process would go down and when and how we were going to get the money. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing besides getting the house completely empty and ready to be sold. The process was even faster than i could have ever imagined. A truly wonderful experience with Andrew and Meridian Trust , thank you all so much for everything you did for my family and I.

The process was easy from start to finish. I contacted Meridian Trust in response to a general mailing. I had been considering selling my house to a home buying company. I had an idea how the process worked.
I spoke with Quincy who did an excellent job communicating with me. We negotiated a reasonable price for my situation. Quincy and Vlad kept in touch with me throughout the closing process. I was able to use the Notary of my choice. If you need to sell fast, I recommend Meridian Trust.

I am a 73 year old disabled veteran who became a widow 2 years ago. My husband was a 100% disabled veteran and when he passed. I lost 2/3 of the money we made per month. Bryan was awesome!! Always friendly, professional and answered all my questions. I recently had spinal surgery, lost my job and still under medical care. Also, my home needed so much repairs that were too overwhelming and costly for me. I called Meridian Trust and they provided me a miracle to purchase my home at a fair price (considering all the repairs that would have to be done), and now I am able to purchase another home closer to my family and friends.
