Great service. Very prompt and polite people. They quickly gave me a call same day in regards to my ticket inquiry and let me know all the facts (cost, next steps, timeline, etc) as well as who I could reach for an update. OMG Mitchell is a gem! I had gotten a crazy ticket in the keys (worst place to get one as good Ole boy town that doesn't budge). I was so nervous as it was also in a school zone (sigh didn't know at the time and the officer hid right when the speed limit changed, not even a second later), and I was being thrown the book I thought plus insane fees. I read his reviews and hired him and he is MAGIC! No points, no traffic school, and a huge lowered court fine! Thank you thank you!!!!!!! Definitely recommend him! He's also very responsive!!! I pray I never get a ticket again (its been 20yrs!) And if I do - absolutely hiring him again!
