A clean and fully stocked gym. Best value for everything you get.... classes, pool, sauna, hot tub, massage, etc. Facilities are always bright and clean. People are friendly. Only complaint is that their weekday early morning class schedule sucks. Would love to see bodypump, high fit, or some other classes in the 5AM slot.

Great gym. Lots of things to do and lots of room. I went at 6 am so maybe it isn’t so good at other times but then it was great.

I’m working on body recomposition. Getting leaner and stronger at the same time. They have everything I need here and the staff is super friendly. A couple weeks ago I switched my account from personal pay to insurance pay and it was seamless.

Love the cold pool!
Cold plunges are trending in the health & fitness industry. I think it would be very smart of Vasa to turn off the heat to the pool for one or two days a week, & advertise it for people interested in cold plunges & swimming in colder temperatures.

That way you can still appeal to your older client base while attracting new customers interested in the latest science backed way to lose weight, invigorate your mind, and speed recovery.

There is a gap in the market for this- will Vasa do something as simple & easy as this to fill it, or wait for a competitor to snatch up that opportunity?

Adding update. I went in today and the showers are now fixed. Everything I came in contact was working. That’s more like it guys.

Sure would be nice to take a shower at a gym. Or even have an. end in site. Been down forever. Looks like it’s been worked on once. It’s kind of a day 1 gym management thing. Showers……

This gym has everything you need. The only complaint I have is the parking. They need to add more parking spots but unfortunately there isn’t really anywhere for them to do that

This place has been really good to me. The pool is what I came for but I think it’s my favorite gym I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely amazing. Fun staff and very functional equipment with a great energy all throughout.

The amenities and equipment at this facility are first rate. Price is a great value. The manager was incredibly helpful. I only needed a 2 week membership and he helped me figure out how to do that. I was stunned at how packed the gym is at 5am, but that’s a testament to how good the facility is. There seems to be a sizable portion of the membership who lack basic gym etiquette/courtesy - sitting and resting on a machine for 5+ minutes while others are waiting and having an attitude and wont allow another to work in one set. The pool and hot tub had clean water, but the pool bottom seemed to not have been cleaned recently (sand and such). Overall I’d say this is a gym that most other gyms should seek to emulate.

The hot tub was working! Yeah!! Also I like the cleanliness. So much better than before when I have been there!!

I love the convenience and the variety of equipment and facilities. I LOVE the Steam Room, Sauna and Hot Tub!

Nice staff, welcoming atmosphere, great amenities, overall a great gym.

This gym is clean, well lit, and well equipped. Staff are friendly and efficient. The sauna, steam room and spa are always piping hot and relaxing after a good workout.

My only gripe is that it’s always busy at this location. Morning or night this place is always packed. This can make finding parking a bit challenging once in a while.

It's a fairly large gym. There's a good variety of equipment. The building says there's racquetball, but there isn't. Most importantly, it never seems ridiculously busy.

Been going to this location for over a year and am totally satisfied. New facility, clean equipment, friendly staff, and lots of amenities, weights, and machines. Occasionally they offer free training consultations that include body composition scans. Trainer Kaitlynn was exceptional! Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and not pushy at all. She listened intently and gave customized advice and recommendations for my goals. Highly recommend!

This is a good location. The machines and weights are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and it's a good atmosphere. There's plenty of equipment to do any kind of exercise you want and plenty of room to do it. The only criticism I have is that some of the machines are really close together because of space, so it feels cramped in that area, but still doable.

I signed up thru my new insurance and several of the workers on 3 different days were very helpful! Thanks so much

I really like tgis Gym so far. It's clean, friendly, has lots of people that don't judge, everyone is doing their own thing. I haven't tried their classes yet, but I am sure they are top notch, based on what I've seen so far. I am glad they are so close to my home. Thar is a huge us for me. The parking g lot is the o ly issue. It is very full most of the time. Other than that I am happy.
