We've had our dog and cat coming here for over a couple of years now, and always have had the best experience, both in the way we were treated and the way our pets are treated. I'd like to really thank all the doctors and techs here for taking care of our family. We know by your actions that they are as important to you as they are to us.

My first visit was with Dr. Aluas for my senior GSP. He was so kind and patient explaining what to expect and options for his best senior years. Dr. Aluas even went the extra mile to find the cheapest place to buy asthma medication for my dog's last year. Then, I started the journey with a puppy and a rescue from Mexico. All the vets and staff have been so lovely! They are all kind, patient, willing to explain, and offer helpful advice. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my babies.

I am truly so pleased with the care my pets have received during their lives here. I trust the team & that they will be honest and do everything they can to help my pets and a bonus, not as expensive as a lot of other places. Most recently I brought my dog Bailey in. He was so sick. He wasn’t eating, he was lethargic, vomiting, weak, I had to hold his back legs up when he went potty because he couldn’t anymore. It all happened so fast. I brought him to Sumner ER Vet and man was I sorry to cheat on Cedar River. We sat in the waiting room for 5 or 6 hours with no help until I gave up and wanted to come to Cedar River. It was farther but the staff in Sumner were not taking his condition seriously and I could not bring him to another place like that, I needed somewhere I trusted, Cedar River. I did and they took him right back. It truly was my worst fear of him being that sick. We could keep him alive but I knew as soon as it was explained to me what kind of life he would live, he didn’t deserve that. I would drop any amount of money to save my boy. But not under those circumstances. What truly meant a lot to me was how I was not judged for my decision. It was said before I even gave my thoughts that no matter what you decide, I will not judge you and will stand by you. That meant the world. I knew my decision hearing about everything but just being comforted in that, meant so much to be in that moment. I would have LOVED to keep my baby here but he deserves better. So thank you Cedar River. I’m so sorry for cheating on you, it was wrong and it will never happen again. I appreciate you and your staff more than you will ever know. Rest in Peace my sweet baby boy. I love you and miss you more than you’ll ever know. Always and forever 🫶🏻

Cedar River has helped us provide the best care possible and guide us with the important decisions that can be difficult when it comes to caring for our senior dogs. They have been wonderful from helping care for our young to old. Will travel to have their fabulous team that I trust, to treat our loved ones.

I’ve been bringing my dog Peanut here since he was a puppy! They always take great care of him and are helpful when I have questions. Highly recommend.

Cedar River Animal Hospital is where I take my two cats. They are very kind and understanding with you and the animals. The prices are affordable. They do a great job with your pets. I've never had any trouble out of this place. Great place to take your animals especially if you are on a budget.

The front desk is always pleased and kind, the technician take care of your pet as their own and the doctors are beyond amazing and the care both my cat and dog received was great.

Highly recommend. Just visited to see if Cedar River would be a good clinic to switch over from one we have been associated with for over 6 years. The staff was extremely professional and polite. Our pup has anxiety in new places and the techs and veterinarian treated him with patience and care. They were upfront with all options and information and respected our choices. We will definitely be going here for all future medical needs and care for our husky-mix.

Brittany and Dr. Aluas are godsends! The last week of April, our 5year old Siamese-Tabby dislocated her left hip. After the emergency vet was unable to get her hip reset without it popping back out, we were ultimately faced with surgery as our only option. Keeping her heavily sedated every 3 hours was hard to do and to watch. After calling 9 different clinics all saying they wouldn't be able to get her in until June, Brittany made magic happen! We got our kitty into the clinic 4 days later and during surgery setup, Dr. Aluas was feeling around the joint and it popped back in solidly! He kept her for observation for a few hours and sent us home with medication to keep her sedated enough that she didn't hurt herself while her soft tissue settled and healed. I love that he didn't want to do the surgery and was able to get her in so quickly. You and your team are amazing!!!!!

We have trusted Cedar River Animal Hospital with the care of our pets for many years. Dr. Nicholas and his staff have always been wonderful. Recently they helped us with the loss of our dear cat Whiley. They guided us through the process of doing everything we possibly could to save his life. When nothing worked they were with us as we held him in our arms and let him rest from his pain. Thank you for all you have done for us. We are very grateful.

We take our two dogs here and they have provided excellent service. I will definitely say every doctor here is different so if you do not give well with one of the doctors, you can request someone else. My dog had a dental cleaning with 2 extractions and everything went well. Would recommend!

Been taking my dog here for 6 years. Staff is always friendly and kind and very accommodating. My dog is a rescue so he has a fear of men. When we asked for females only (the male staff is amazing btw just don’t want my dog being aggressive or getting more stressed) they were happy to accommodate and even let him on the floor during an exam since he hates the table. They walk us through each step and always answer questions.

I brought my French Bull dog Winston to Ceder River Animal Hospital to get neutered. They took great care of him. The receptionist we're kind and answered all my questions. I was worried because frenchies have a hard time breathing as it is. So I was concerned about him having surgery. The vetenarian was awesome. I will take my Winston back for all his needs. Thank You

These are caring and experienced and attentive staff. Unfortunately my 6 year old lab has needed "hospital" services and gone through a kidney surgery and cancer surgery. Fortunately she is still running around thanks to Dr Aloius and they other wonderful people here.

Cedar River Animal hospital staff (Slyvester vet, Vet techs, and Staff members ) are amazing and friendly. I been taking my cat Slyvester for care and I am always happy with billing, care for my little one (slyvester)..my wait time was perfect .Everyone is awesome and helpful. Thank you for all you do.. I appreciate all of you...I highly recommend them

Excellent service and so appreciate how caring and informative staff is. They are very kind and let you know up front cost and informative on on all tests, medications..what your pet needs. I took my 1 year old Frenchie in for ear infection. Dr. DeLashmutt was awesome in explaining different medications and treatment for my Ruby girl. Thank you so much.

Thanks so much for tending to our poor stressed out puppy ( to say nothing of Jim's stress level). Great that we have fine care for our dogs that is so close to the house. Thanks again.

I spent a lot of time there unfortunately with a very sick kitten.... they were amazing, the entire staff. The whole time through an awful experience, they were so kind.

To everyone else.... I spent a LOT of time there trying to save my kitten, so I heard a lot of phone calls, people checking out, etc. All I can say, is be nicer.... This clinic is going so far above and beyond right now, you have no idea. Be kind

Patient, courteous and relaxed! Dr. Herron was a delight and informative with medications. The staff were entirely kind and worked well with my usually anxious cat. Thank you guys!

I recently had to put down my 14 yr old Chihuahua and the staff was so understanding, accommodating and supportive during the whole process. They even sent a card to my address with sympathy messages from the staff with a copy of her paw print inside the card. The staff and the veterinarians are so wonderful!
