EZR Windows & Doors

When I decided to change my windows and doors I contacted a few companies for estimates and EZR Windows and doors won the bid. My front window was particularly challenging and let me tell you the way the problem was dealt with is absolutely amazing; with the new front window and doors I feel like I have a new house; complete facelift.
Team was professional; my whole timeline was from March to August from signing to installation and inspection.
I replaced all my windows and doors and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Ezra is very dedicated; any questions or concerns I had he addressed; very detailed; I would definitely recommend them.

Great company and friendly staff. They were very professional and punctual. When I called for a free estimate, they were able to give me an appointment the very next day. Their sales guy (Gene) was very knowledgable and helpful. We already had another estimate and Gene was able to match the competitors price. Not only match, but we were able to finance the whole thing. They managed to start the job in less than a month, and finish within a few weeks. I love my impact doors and windows! I couldn’t be happier with the service and staff. I would highly recommend Green Solutions to anyone, and call them again for any future projects.

It was a long process with Ezra and I getting the permits but I love my windows and doors I was quoted less from another company with regular windows and Ezra said give us a chance well we took the chance the tinted and bronze windows are beautiful changes the whole house's appearance.

Amazing service, he came right on time, he gave me a proposal he was very detailed and showed me some samples, I compared his estimate with some others and he was the most professional one by far, I really recommended EZR windows and doors.

Great customer service

I got windows from this company a year and a half ago, and it was a terrible experience.

The installers made a terrible mess of my home. They even caulked over piles of dust. The frame of the biggest window was damaged during the installation.

Ezra is also untrustworthy. Anything he offers "to do for you" will be charged.

Since the installation, the locks and handles on both doors have failed. The touch-up work done by Ezra and contractors is low quality, from the touch up paint that's an entirely different color to stucco patched with incorrectly mixed concrete that had to be redone.

Another customer mentioned an issue with a door design...we had the same issue.

I should also note that Ezra was rude and hostile when we voiced concerns.
