Great customer service sooo glad to see papa John’s still around Luv the pizza 🍕 & Greek peppers papa John’s needs to bring back the dessert pizzas the originals, the peach cobbler, apple, cinnamon apple pizzas. They were the best Danielle today was awesome taking my order great customer service an aspect to the company. friendly, professional, courteous, polite, and knows how to make the customer. I was surprised after reading some of the reviews because the food was great! We walked in last night and ordered one large pizza and bread sticks. It was prepared faster than expected and the customer service was great. Also, the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

First time customer used delivery using Uber eats tonight. Delivery was far out in Brooksville off croom road. Only 40 minutes total. Pizza was hot, very fresh, tasted great. Wings were unseasoned as we ordered and were perfect. Not sure about previous reviews but they are on the money today. Thanks 👍

I tried the veggie bowl and I am satisfied with it. Happy they came up with something like this because it’s an option I’ve been wanting for from a pizza joint. We get a pizza delivery maybe once every three weeks and we usually order from here. They have not yet missed any items or anything. If we ask for extra, we get extra. Drivers are always nice. Thx.

This time is was finally AWESOME!! Perfect sauce and good amount of cheese! The pizzas were pretty too and cut neatly this time. New staff or management changes producing better products!

Ordering is fast, delivery is quick. (We live 2 miles away) our only gripe is when Ordering online can't pay. Instead you have to pay the delivery driver cash. This is not only inconvenient for the customer but dangerous for the driver !!!

Papa John's in Brooksville is the best. All the workers and management are awesome. Food was on point and very delicious with great customer service. If your looking for a delicious pizza. Stop by Brooksville papa John's you will love it.

This location is great! Order is accurate and pizza has a great sauce to cheese ratio. Staff is friendly and my order is usually ready pretty quickly. No complaints!

We, H and L Ranch and Blueberry Farm, had a Pizza Party and Bonfire last night with our Friends. We ordered 5 large Papa John's pizzas for the event. I placed the order on line a few hours ahead of the time we needed them. Everything was Perfect. We arrived at the time we specified, the Team Members that assisted us were amazing. The pizza's were Exceptional, Thank You Papa John's.

Hear me out! A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza from my favorite pizza place (PAPA JOHNS) The only pizza place I will go. They messed up my order and yes I called them out about it. They were very professional about claiming their mistake. Tonight they replaced our pizza with another one and they went all out to make it right! I am a very happy Papa Johns customer. The staff & pizzas here are GREAT!! If you EVER have any problem or any concern, let them know. We called once because it had taken longer than usual & they were extremely polite and said the driver got lost & our next order was free! Papa John's stands behind their guarantee. We have enjoyed Papa Johns pizza & service in several states. Im going to miss them since they aren't where we're going. If I could I'd have my own. Papa Johns IS NOT the average, ordinary fast food chain...Best Pizza, Best Service...Awesome guarantee! (btw - we have ordered here since they opened & order regularly)

My family and I have ordered pizza several times from this Papa Johns and we absolutely are thankful we can pick up good pizza. We live in Ridge Manor and our nearest pizza place we ordered from once and waited 120 minutes before we received our cold pizza. So THANK YOU we would love to have you closer to Ridge Manor but we will always order pizza from you Papa Johns on Broad Street in Brooksville

It been awhile since I've had Papa John's but today's experience was exceptional. The person behind the board (unsure of his name) greeted me with a smile which is not common in anymore.

Good pizza for $8 a large pizza.

Never been inside, always order delivery. Their pizza is always great. Really love the taste of the Double Cheeseburger Pizza that recently made a return
