W When I first moved here, I visited the big lot store because I've been a fan of big lots for many years.I wasn't that impressed, but about a week ago.Maybe two weeks ago a new manager named elena took over the store here in Brooksville, fl.and has really tuned it all around for a better shopping experience .

This is a nice store, the people working here are so pleasant, wonderful. I appreciate their patience & kindness with helping deaf customers. 👍🌞😊

The people here are terrific.! More than one person asked me if I needed help finding items. So rare these days. The store is clean and merchandise is displayed nicely.

Perfect to decorate your home, yes your hone, not your house. Who really likes to decorate, you can't buy just one thing.

Always a pleasant shopping experience with most items I seek are in stock.

These guys had exactly what I wanted which was blackout curtains as the sun hits my front windows all afternoon and creates great heat inside the house. The cashier was friendly and she got me a good cart because most of them appear to have wheel issues and don't drive very well. The other shoppers inside the store were also very friendly. What's an enjoyable experience.

This Big Lots is fairly clean, including the bathrooms, & very well organized. The staff are helpful & treat you like what you need is important. It is one of the smaller stores so sometimes the items in stock are limited. ☮

Love the selection and prices at this store.

Lots of cool items, food etc. Doggo clothes & pet supplies abound. Some prices are low, others same as a store like publix or Walmart just depends...over all nice place to shop.

If you can’t find it at Walmart or target, you can usually find it at Big Lots. They usually carry most stuff that a lot of stores have stopped caring . Nine out of ten times you can find it in there. The prices are reasonable, and I usually find some good deals there.

We were looking for recliners. Like every place now inventory is limited due to supply chain issues. We found one recliner at this store and employees helped us find another at another Big Lots about an hour drive away. We had to drive there and pick it up as they would not ship it to this store even if we purchased it ahead of time. Also that store did hold it for us for a short time allowing me to drive there and pick it up but I couldn't purchase it until I was physically in that store.....odd but it worked out. The recliners are in my TV room ready to watch the Super Bowl!!!
