I have had my things at this storage unit since June 2022. I just recently added another unit as well until our home remodeling is completed. I love this place because it is clean, new, safe and the management is great. I recommend this facility for anyone who needs extra storage space - reasonably priced and well managed.

A huge heartfelt thank you to Erica the manager at the office.!!! We had some huge challenges and she went above and beyond the call of duty to work things out with her manager and to help me move to the next steps of my life.
She was always cheerful and came up with creative solutions.
Anyone would be lucky to have her working for them.

The process of renting a unit online was seamless and easy. When I went into the office to pick up the lock I had purchased online, Karen, was welcoming and walked me through using it and the locations of items I would need to know while renting there. She did recommend a shorter gate code. Take my advice and only use 4 digits.

I love Paul Kilpatrick but the way the office is run is terrible. Everyone is working from home, and it takes forever to get things taken care of. Plus right now they have several of the doctors out on vacation for the whole month. So if you want to see a doctor, be prepared to wait all day long.

Nice place been there since right after they opened, rates have gone up 2 times all ready!!
