10/10 customer service. Owner has surpassing knowledge of the products they sell. For example, the vape juices and the description of the flavors besides what the name and label says. It's a very clean store and respectful employees. Great experience altogether 10/10. They also have a rewards program . You get points for every purchase and you'll get a discount on your next purchase.

Emily, the manager is amazing, answered. All my questions and reference me to a local artist. That is a glass blower. She is super smart and I hope that this store is successful in the future. And has a thousand more stores lol The people are great there

I am a frequent customer and the staff here is always knowledgeable and willing to help guide my decision to what I want and need. Prices are reasonable and they have a very large selection of products.

Never had any problems when entering this store. They are definitely a great help and their knowledge on their products is impressive. I am about to go there now as a matter of fact. Great Job with customer service, helping us decide which product is best for our needs.

I asked what flavor a vape was & the girl working said “uhh I don’t even know” & just stood there. I picked a different one then said I just needed wraps beside that. We walked over to the counter & I got a bunch of different flavor wraps. I asked if they did industry discounts & then she said “I don’t even know” once again. I’m not sure if we need more training or if we just didn’t really care, but there was not a welcoming personality, or any personality shown in general. There was a dude just sitting in a chair on the phone hanging out as well, not sure if he worked there, but kinda sus. Only giving the 5 star for boosting visibility. Thanks I guess

Went in for kratom and coils. They didn’t have my preferred strain but the young lady working there was knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what i needed. She was polite and very helpful

Came to the store for the first time today. Emily is awesome! She knows her stuff and was very helpful to me. She needs a raise.

Just left here after stopping in to buy a disposable for hubby and I while we were out and ran out of juice. The two young ladies there were so amazing and helpful. We are from Longwood and would GLADLY make another trip up to this location. The selection is huge and the prices are good.

The girls that work there are Very friendly, helpful,attentive and give good vibes everything's reasonably priced and they offer quite a variety of products I haven't seen at other shops i would recommend this place to anyone

I've been shopping here for a couple of years now. Very noligable and stays open 7 days a week, and late. I bought a coil that didn't work and they replace it without question, even opened a new box just to try out before I bought again. Great place, customer service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

Nice small smoke shop with everything you would need. They also have vapes and juices coils etc. Cool pieces its located by Tuffy auto. Highly recommend. Our fave is the glass little daisy filters they work great.

The store has a great selection of vape juices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a large selection of papers, pipes, and other smoking devices. This is the new place I've been shopping for a couple months now and I've been extremely happy after each visit.

This is hands down the best vape shop I have ever walked into. The owners did a fantastic job designing this place. The interior design fits the vibe so well. The manager Felicia is super helpful and sweet. Employees are knowledgeable and not super pushy which is a huge plus to me. Too many vape shops are sales oriented and not as customer oriented as this place is. This is my go-to shop for all of my vape needs. They're the only shop to keep the type of coils in inventory most of the time if not every time i need them.

Always knowledgeable people working very helpful , and the best prices in the area. Store is designed really cool and they have clothes also.... best pieces in town hands down
