The owner was very considerate. I called asking if he had any spare boxes to ship a PC to a family member. He instantly set one aside and gave it to me without asking for anything in return.

I made an appointment to have my 65 inch TV placed on the wall.
Troy had his son Kevin come at the exact time with the equipment necessary for the job at hand.
He found the studs and proceeded to do the job.
Going beyond the call of duty by hiding all the wires affiliated with the mounting.
He was very professional and friendly.
The job was completed, fast and effectively .
Great work, I would highly recommend their service.

Today, my new Dell laptop screen turned purple to gray to black and then shut completely down. I panicked as I work from home! I called Troy's Computers and they saw me right away. The gentleman (Troy?) took the back off, looked at the board and the battery. My laptop did come back up but the screen was flickering. He told to follow up with Dell since I'm under warranty. I wasn't charged for his time and expertise. I understand it was a simple look and advice. That said, this is priceless to me. I was treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. And the dog was bonus! Thank you Troy's Computers. I appreciate your expertise and wanted to show my appreciation.

Very honest man. He worked on my old laptop. Now it is so fast. Great. Took my 2nd laptop which had all documents and pictures. He upgraded the laptop and he saved all my documents and apps. Nothing was lost. Reasonable price. Quick turn around. Thanks.

Awesome service and knowledge of Computers!! Brought my Dell Laptop in and Troy started working on it immediately, (I thought I would have to drop it off). Started off with basically a blank screen. After a few attempts, he was able to get the screen on and went on from there!! While I waited he got it working better than it ever did. I will be using him on all our Computers again.

I have dealt with this place several times in the past, and would not go anywhere else to have repairs, or to buy a computer! I am thinking of buying another one to replace the used one that I bought about five years ago from them, so googled to see if they were still in business...when I saw a couple bad reviews I wanted to add mine. Thanks for great service, and good prices! The new computer I bought is still wonderful...that one is used specifically for photography, and has no junk loaded on it like the ones you buy at a store, such as Best Buy! If you are looking for a good computer, this is the place to go! 😊

Troy is THE best. This past month, 3 of our company computers decided to crash on us. He replaced the hard drive on an HP desktop, added more storage to my MacBook Pro and set up a new iMac for us when our 2012 became irreparable. We will be customers for life. Thanks again, Troy!

Now called Troy's and they are super! Troy has been there running the place for many years. Great attitude. Walked in with a problem, he stopped what he was doing and spent 10 minutes on my laptop and it was fixed. Will definitely be back for any computer issues. Thanks Troy!

They were extremely nice and helped me get my computer running exactly how I wanted. They were very fair with price and labor and they are very knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this place for anyone just starting to make a gaming desktop for the first time or just general day to day problems with computers.

I was gifted with a great Dell laptop, which worked when it left NJ but upon arrival in Fl. big problem.
I called Dell and was on the phone being transferred, disconnected, etc. for over 3 hours, only for Dell
to advise they/Dell could not help. I went to Jesse's in Bailey Plaza, and whalla within 45 minutes
they had resolved and fixed it, and price was fair. Then a week after encountered a separate problem which appeared to be my router, again, Jesse's to the rescue, they were here and with a router replacement in the event that my diagnosis was correct, which it was., all I can say, is that they are not only competent,but fair in their pricing, so as long as they are in business they have mine.

I use my computer to store all my pictures on for my art work. When my computer crashed they were not only able to save all of my stuff from it, but they were also able to give me a great price on a brand new laptop. Will only do business with them.

Walked in off the street, had several driver's missing from my laptop. I was greeted with a friendly "helllo" brought the laptop in and 30 minutes later I walked out with a fully functional laptop. GREAT SERVICE. And the price was very fair.

My Mac book pro hard drive was so full I couldn’t open any app or even mail. Troy fixes me up in no time at all. Very reasonable. Saved me over a couple grand!

Had a computer problem...thought I was losing my entire computer. A friend gave me this company and they were great. Looked at the computer, we discussed options and ordered a part. As soon as it arrived, I was called and the computer was fixed. I could not be happier.

I was having a wireless problem with my laptop. They were quick to confirm the problem and replace the faulty part all for a very reasonable price.
