Knowledgeable, informative, and communicative, Jackie – along with her staff – are friendly and polite. So much so that they treat you like family.

Do NOT use this accounting firm. Jackie was great - but she's moved. I've been with them 3 or 4 years -- last year I said I would not use them again - unfortunately my Mom was ill and I was forced to because I didn't have time to shop around. Hands down THE WORST. Today, while speaking to Mary, the call was LESS than 4 minutes, I was asking questions - she proceeded to tell me, she had a lot of clients and didn't have the time to go through items with me. DIDN'T HAVE THE TIME. In addition, their front desk person lied saying she called, etc, She didn't. I have a voicemail that works. I have text that works. I have email that works. She didn't leave a single message and, in fact, lied. Take a hard pass on this firm. There are many accountants out there, this is not one to use if you want an resemblance of customer service.
