Boat trailer tire blowout and they we friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this was the Saturday before Christmas. Anyway the job is not done yet, but I expect good service and fair prices.

Andy and his whole team were great! Broke down out of town when car overheated! Turned out needing a new radiator etc. No rental cars anywhere in Brooksville but they made sure my 97 yr old mom and old dog were cool and comfy in the waiting room. We were there almost 2 hours before we could Uber back to our weekend place to wait for repair.
Came in UNDER the quote and was done in a timely manner.

I had an appointment last week. Shocks and struts normally a 3 to 4 hour job. Don the manager offered me a ride home but I declined. The waiting area was a perfect work space for me comfortable chairs,wifi,coffee and bottled water. It seemed like only an hour or two past when I was informed that my car was finished. They had put 2 servicemen on my car in order to get me out sooner.

It’s nice to drop your car off for repairs and totally trust the shop. The price sure beat the dealers price!!

Wow what a great experience for an otherwise stressful situation! Mike and his team really stepped up and helped me. As a single teacher with very limited time and $, they took excellent care of my car when I desperately needed two new tires, an oil change, and alignment. They even TOOK ME TO WORK!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Mike and my driver, how awesome and sweet they treated me and the crew's work. And all was done affordably!!! Thank you gentlemen!!

This Goodyear Service Center in Brooksville, FL is one of the few shops I take my vehicles to. The Service Manager was very polite and kind when he explained what was wrong with my wife's vehicle. He showed us the part that failed on her vehicle, explained what happened, and they replaced the part quickly. I've been coming to this Goodyear Service Center since 2006 and have always received good honest service on my vehicles.

Very caring and professional people. The manager took his time to show me what was wrong with my car and gave me several options. EXTREMELY patient and helpful. Trustworthy. Being a female and clearly appearing clueless he educated me on my options instead of finding an opportunity to scam me. I will be back for any future needs on my car. I can't thank you enough. I could not say more great things about the service this location provides. Don is a master at his craft and provides some of the best customer service I’ve come across in the automotive service industry. They are attentive and efficient at their jobs and the quality is exceptional. The care they put into their work is refreshing as well. For example, I brought my vehicle in to get new tires and they called to let me know my windshield wipers needed replacing (something I knew and would forget until it started raining and I’d have to use them) and asked if they could put them on. It seems small- but I’d never had any other service tech inspect this on my car and notify me of any issue. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service on their vehicle in Brooksville! They definitely have me as a customer for life :)

On my way back to Ohio, my husband and I developed a ply separation on our cargo trailer. We found the Goodyear Store in Brooksville. We were greeted in a polite and friendly manner. They had the tires and size that we needed. We purchased a complete set of 4 at a price we felt was fair. The young gentleman doing the install was knowledgeable, friendly and got us back on the road in record time. We would definitely recommend your store to our friends.

The store manager Don was very professional, quite courteous, and kept me apprised of all work that was done to our 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have had a previous experience with this store and they were completely honest with us and wouldn't sell us a set of tires we didn't need. Needed new tires and lugs so decided to stop in and get a quote. Manager Don was so helpful that I decided to do business with them. The tires I wanted were in stock and he was able to get the lugs same day. I stopped there at 10am, made an appointment for 2pm, new tires, lugs and out the door by 3:45pm. Don communicated with me through the whole process.

The manager and employees at this Good Year facility were fantastic! They were able to get the tires we needed asap and had my Acura MDX ready for travel in less time than expected. They provided travel to our hotel and were so understanding! We could not have been in better hands!

Had a appointment and met the manager Don Bachinsky. My experience athe the Brooksville Florida store eas great, very friendly. Excellent customer service, even after have a bad mouth customer he is good with customers. After our tires we mounted the techs even put my old tires in my truck. Great service with good prople. Recommend highly.
