Papa Johns Pizza

The lady working forgot to put the extra peppercinis that I paid for in my order and gave me attitude because I wanted what I paid for. It cost 2 extra dollars for the peppercinis and she was petty enough to only give 2 small ones

Exceptional service at Papa John’s on 4710 NE Fourth St, Renton, WA 98059! Junior, one of the assistant managers, provided incredible service and helped order our pizza. The store was impressively clean, and the entire crew was fantastic. Highly satisfied with this location and thank again Junior 😊

Got two of my large pizzas in 15 minutes! I was pretty impressed with how quick they were here. Pizza tasted great.

I use the Papa John's app and order carryout to this location. Over the numerous times I order carryout there, they had the food ready for pick up within a timely manner, and sometimes these are big orders coming from me.

One feedback I have, though, is that it can get difficult to tell who's next in line during busy times, especially between customer and 3rd party pick-ups. I recently experienced this when another customer and I were trying to wait our turn to enter the store, since it is quite cramped inside at the counter and were trying to adhere to social distancing. But really, I feel like this is more of a public courtesy rather than on the store 😅

I can only imagine how busy it must get behind the scenes, especially during the pandemic. The staff here are doing their best. Really appreciate what everyone is able to do for the community... thank you for helping those of us out when we're unable to cook dinner immediately after work. You guys rock!

Cant say I blame them for not being able to find my house. Wife called in and they say they stay open for me to go get the pizza. It was about 1105 and they said it would be free. Thats not who I am. I still paid for my pizza because I try to be genuine. Awesome employee!! Will order from them again!

This papa johns is really top notch. They are super fast and really do a good job on the food. I've even came to pick up a pizza, come to find the order was messed up. And within 10 seconds, the manager had them make it right, pushed the correction ahead of other orders and GAVE us the mess-up and our original order! Very VERY good service!

My two year old son loved the Special Seasoning packets. I let him hold the pizza box on the way home, and within minutes noticed he had eaten, not one, but two seasoning packets RAW, before eating any pizza! Loved it so much he covered himself, and my car in the powder, striving to keep Papa John’s essence with us forever, yelling out a pronounced “Mmmmm spicyyy!”

Would give 6 stars but my dog was not a fan:( Not for dogs.

So… Potential kids menu appetizer? Stocking stuffer? Sinus clearer? Yes, all the above!

Waited 30 minutes in the rain outside. Once I got in, there was no sense from the workers that they cared there was a massive line outside. Terrible.

edit: I sent feedback to Papa John's general support email and several weeks later was pleased to hear that this location listened and has made some positive changes to how they handle pickups (including expanding the number allowed in the store from 1 to 3). Since making that change, I have not had to wait in any line for a pickup.

Hot fast pizza. If I have issues with the order, they apologize and make it right - THAT is why I come back.

Well true to my words I reordered pizza here due to the manager giving outstanding customer service last time… even though it wasn’t his fault or anything… I don’t even live near here more towards fairwood Renton so I’m always ordering in Kent but this place has a special place in my heart because of his outstanding service. The service is always excellent and the gentlemen who greeted me right away as I came in did so ever politely and another helped me right away… I gave a good tip for carry out… and they thanked me…

Kudos to this PAPA Johns… Shaq would be proud!

I ordered a pizza on the 16th, it was great! I messed up my payment and they fixed it for easily. The delivery girl was super nice and found my place even in a big apartment complex! The pizza was still really hot and very good! Great service.

The wait didn't match the email time I ordered at 955 with 15-24 minute wait followed tracker didn't go until it said ready went was not ready did not get pizza until 1058 but manager Bree came and apologized took ownership of the situation e and apologized to my waiting kid. And helped get the lobby cleared of orders. Total rock star. I will come back because of her.

Josh makes the best papa John's Pizza we ever had. Light and tastey. Dunno why only his dough is light fluffy and has flavor.

Papa John's is my favorite and this location was lacking quality for the last 6 months or so.They are under new management and I'm extremely impressed. The staff is friendly and the quality of the pizza has dramatically improved.

Jacob, the manager, was answering phones when I called, and apparently was even making pizzas to stay on top of things as well. They clearly got super busy for a late delivery, and my order was mixed up in the most understandable of ways -- Jacob sympathized with my situation in the way someone working with a little higher stakes would -- what a pro. He single highhandedly saved multiple customers here.

Always quick delivery (20-30 mins tops) always friendly service!
And this location has some serious hottie's delivering their food :)
I can never wait to see who my delivery guy is next lol!

This Location was very organized Abe was absolutely incredible he was super kind I am very organized with everything I’ve never been to a Papa John’s more remarkable I will definitely come back as long as Abe works there because that’s what I call customer service

This place is great. The call center got my order messed up and couldn't fix the issues. I had to speak with the store manager Carlos and he resolved everything. Great service.

Small hole in the wall store. There's no place to sit and eat so mainly for carry out or delivery. Service can be slow at times but overall good experience so far.
