So far I have had a great experience with this semiglutide and this company’s customer service. I’m happy to do business with them! They are reliable, trustworthy and easy to communicate with.

Does not ship when they say they will and doesn't refund for their shipping mistakes. Buyer beware.

This delayed me taking my medication and forced me to take a day off work. As much as they like to "downplay" the issue, you are paying for 1 day shipping with these prices, which is already expensive. From prescription to house it took a week to arrive BOTH times I used them. That is not okay. If I PAY for 24hr shipping, I expect that service and when it's not shipped because of your error, that should be refunded.

But that is ultimately their loss. As a customer spending hundreds monthly on a prescription, this business decided that refunding shipping once for their mistake wasn't worth retaining a customer. Fine by me. I already found a better pharmacy. Hopefully other people realize the bad customer service here will extend to everything, not just shipping.

Buyer beware, they lied about their prices. They quoted me $314.98 for a 1 month supply of tirzepatide and $564.98 for a 2 month supply, I ordered the 2 month supply. I received 1 month supply but paid $564.98. I called to find out if they would be sending me another month supply. They said no, that I had only ordered a 1 month supply for $564.98. I told them what I was originally quoted and they said “sorry.”
Why would I pay more for a 1 month supply of a compound drug when you can go to the Zepbound website and get a year coupons for $550 a month? Terrible customer service. They offered no resolution for their mistake.
