We selected CCR based on their targeted marketing strategy, online advertising, and strategic open house. Monico provided timely price comps and helped us set a reasonable price suited to the market. The professional photography CCR provided was fantastic and definitely a key to getting our properties sold fast. The "strategic open house" brought over 100 buyers to our door and resulted in 21 offers same day. Most were well over asking price, due to the enhanced competition of the open house. Our condo was also a hot commodity. After accepting the offers, Monico and Lily were a great help with all of the details leading to closing. We had already moved away before closing and relied on them heavily. We were constantly in touch by text, phone and email. No request was too small.
