Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable! Take excellent care of my dog. As a previous vet tech I can say they are highly qualified and the veterinarian is one of the smartest and compassionate vets I know. They did not push for expensive procedures or tests when my dog was attacked by another dog but they did let me know what my options were. They definitely have my pets best interest at heart. Greta is a very kind and experienced vet assistant as well as an amazing people person. Their enthusiasm and hard work is admirable. I am also pleased with the rest of the staff and how welcoming and understanding they are.

After searching far and wide for a compassionate vet who cares about the critters and not the price tag, this place is a godsend. We have taken three of our pets here and are so happy we found them. I can even make next day appointments, which has been wonderful, as one of our cats passed last year because we couldn’t find a vet with any openings. Thank you for loving animals and not just a paycheck, we are so thankful for you!

Excellent vet clinic. Always easy to get an appointment. Great service. Easy to drop the dog off and pick up later.

My cat Illy was very sick and I was unable to get him into my regular clinic or emergency because they were both full. I got the critter doctors phone number from Redmond emergency. The critter doctor acted immediately when I called. They were able to see my kitty for a drop off appointment and ran labs in house for him. I was relieved to get my kitty treatment so quickly and grateful to them for taking me on such short notice. They were very professional and my kitty is doing so much better. Thank you so much critter doctor for all your help and diligence.

Quick service, have been going for while, never any issues. They are always responsive and helpful. Got good advice with my specific dog and needs.

Update in 2023-03-20: Still good service. No problems, always get seen quickly. I like that I can drop off my dog and pick her up later.

Dr Kat was great to work with! She was super friendly, and went slow and steady with my senior dog. He was so happy and cooperative because of how patient she was, I appreciated that so much! I'll definitely be bringing my dog here from now on.

Critter Doctor is an awesome place to take your pets. Overall, it was a great experience! The process was very smooth and My dog seemed like she didn’t want to leave so I know she was having fun with the staff. Thanks for the great care and providing me with the knowledge I need to be a good dog parent!

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Johnson and the others at your office who saw my dog the same day I called. She helped assess that he needed surgery and got me into a wondering emergency room quickly. She explained things so well and took care of him like a long term patient when it was his first visit. He ended up passing earlier this week, but I have already told many people what a positive experience I had at the Critter Doctor. Thank you again.

I visited this Hospital a couple years ago with my sister and very sick cat. After 2 visits her cat didn't make it - lots of tears at both visits. We both felt so comfortable and taken care of here.

My sister and her best friend have continued to bring their cats there and very satisfied. This past week I finally brought my BIG healthy indoor 6 yr old guy cat in for his first visit. Exam, Nail Trim, Rabies Shot and quote for teeth cleaning (very reasonable.) Was informed via phone by Dr Katz its a little early for teeth cleaning. I appreciate the honesty,care & confidence that this place provides for pet owners and their pets.

I cannot say enough about all the wonderful people that work at Critter Doctor. I was so blown away by how compassionate, caring, and committed they all were to making sure my aging cat had the best possible care.
When I needed to board my 17 yo cat I didn't think twice about his well-being. Their boarding services are affordable, clean and the staff are amazing! I spoke on the phone with Amanda, Marissa and Dr. Kat regularly and they were so kind.

Unfortunately, I had to later make the tough decision to let him go, but I did it with the support and genuine kindness of the staff. I want to mention them all by name, but am afraid I would leave an important person out! And after all they did for me and Milo, I received a beautiful card in the mail signed by everyone at Critter Dr. I still cry when I look at it.

I personally want to thank all of you at Critter Dr. for being my friends during a tough time. You put your hearts into everything you do and that's rare these days!

The staff at this hospital are amazing! I can't stress that enough. The scheduling was a breeze, they were good at explaining the care that our babies needed and were great in follow up and after care. If you are here looking for that place that will give your pets exceptional and quality care, then don't look any further. I highly recommend this hospital.

Our dog is a frequent flier here and they have always been fantastic, up front and give you all the options for whatever may arise. Our dog gets excited rather than dreading the trip to the vet.

Just moved back to Kirkland. After calling at least six or seven other vets with incredibly rude receptionists, I decided to fill out an appt request with Critter Doctor. Amanda called almost first thing when they opened and they were able to fit our sweet cat Oreo in the same day, no problems. Amanda was a breath of fresh air compared to the other offices I contacted. Every interaction on the phone and in person, she was so kind and thorough. The Dr that assessed Oreo was so polite and helpful and I could tell through and through they are all great people who care about your pets. So pleased to have found them to care for our fur babies for years to come. Thank you, Critter Doctor!

Critter doctor is really great. They have great doctors and vet techs who are very thorough and kind. My dog needed quite a bit of testing. They were very reasonably priced and worked me in last minute. I will never go anywhere else.

Critter Doctor is great. We came to them after feeling like we were being constantly upsold and price gouged by other providers in the area. They're professional, fair and honest about triaging what's most important to the health of your pet when discussing elective procedures or courses of action.

They're also very friendly and responsive to requests and questions. It's been a great experience since we switched.

We picked up our puppy from breeder two days earlier, called around town for an hour but can’t find a vet who can perform well check on him. The Critter Doctor was one of the few with voice recording when phone was picked up and the person who answered the phone was super helpful to find us a time that works for us. During the pick up after the puppy was checkup, the nurse answered a lot of questions I had. The services was great. Thank you.
