The Remediation Team has been amazing helping me with my major leak repairs in my house. Mike & his team on the mold/mitigation side are the best. My house was clean and they were trustworthy & professional. Tyler & James are wonderful. My starry nights ceiling (twinkle lights) were ruined with the water and Mike not only fixed it but added constellations. It was my favorite room before the damage and now they've made it better than it was before! So if you have overflowing Toilet or a busted water pipe in your home call the real pros! I was cooking in the kitchen and destroyed my entire kitchen and living room, they showed up in a timely and professional manner, got everything cleaned up and demo safely for me. Worked hand in hand with the insurance company for a smooth and stress free process for me. Then remodeled everything to better than it was before, nothing put pure professionalism and class. highly recommend!

We had water damage from Hurricane Sally and some of the walls and ceilings in the home had to be removed for mold remediation. We'd bought the house a couple years ago and hadn't had a chance to make changes, so we took this opportunity to do so. I sent Michael a document with all my selections for the house and it was completely remodeled inside and out. I handled everything from another state and Michael kept the quality high. When we finally arrived, we were really pleased with the work. The house is totally transformed.

When we called the day Hurricane Sally hit, Mike was so caring, professional & efficient. They were swamped with calls & requests, & he still assured me they’d get someone out to me that day. He told me they were working around the clock & that it may be later that evening, but they would be there that day. His crew got there earlier than expected & again, were as helpful, professional & ready to get to work as Mike was on the phone call. They explained the process, got the water out of our basement, set up their equipment to leave a few days to make sure & dry up any moisture, & said to make sure if we had any other issues to give them a call. Nicest, most responsive team I could have asked for! I would highly recommend! Thank you Mike & the “other Mike” as well!!

They helped make the process extremely easy, insurance handled it and the repairs were made. Quick, friendly and professional! Highly recommend using this company!!

Had a wonderful experience with Michael Kenady who came out almost immediately to inspect our home when we inquired about an unknown mold/mildew smell in our home after Hurricane Sally. Michael promptly came by and inspected the walls and flooring and discovered the source of the smell and gave us the best instructions on how to fix the problem! We couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you for your help! I definitely would recommend.

Thank God I got ahold of these guys. I had a late night plumbing mishap and had water pouring from behind my fridge and after having it repaired i was stuck with alot of water damage but they came out and removed all the water on both levels of the house and GREATLY reduced the damage to my floors. Forever grateful and will forever be a customer.

Had a pretty severe roof leak. They responded fast, fixed it and also replaced some rotted wood as well. Very pleased with the job they did!

Very professional. Came out to look at hurricane damage to our roof very quickly and helpful.

I called because I had a significant water leak in my ceiling before 6 pm. It took them hours to get out, which makes absolute sense because you cannot be every place at one time so that was fine. Techs came in, set up 1 fan and 4 dehumidifiers (too many in the same room and tripped the breaker so they did not run all night anyway), took some moisture readings and left. Originally it was thought my insurance would cover this so cost was never discussed. The next morning my public adjuster advised against using this service because the insurance company was not going to cover the damages because of a prior claim. I called to cancel. Guy tells me I am making the wrong decision to trust my PA but I cancel anyway and he informs me the bill will be $2,500. For a fan and dehumidifiers (which did not even run all night because his techs put too many in one room), moisture readings, and took pictures. He explained that it was an "emergency call after hours" and is similar to an emergency room. An emergency room would have actually done something to fix the roof leak! This is a classic case of gouging prices, and this type of company has the authority to place a mechanic's (contractor) lien on your house with no court hearing. I called to negotiate prices and he did give me the option to try and have my roofer pay or he could move the price a little but he "didn't have a lot of wiggle room". When pressed on exactly how much it cost to send those men to my house to drop off some dehumidifiers and leave, he "was not going to get into his men's pay", obviously because it would never even get close to the amount he charged me. I understand that it is after hours, and he tried to use the "my guys would have rather been at home with their families". Don't get into a nighttime business if that is so much a bother that you gouge ordinary people into oblivion. I work nights, and respond to ACTUAL emergencies, and we do not charge any extra or try to make people feel bad for us. Other reviews have shown me that he will try and make you the liar when he responds. This company is perpetuating the reason that insurance is so expensive. I can only imagine what he would have charged a company, because he told me this was not even the insurance rate. He gets two stars for the offer to negotiate prices and hear me out, that is it.

I called them immediately after Hurricane Sally. Took 3 days to get to my house. Tried to get me to lie to insurance company about water damage. Put 3 humidifiers in home. Didn’t discuss cost and left. Charged be 2500.00 for nothing. I do not recommend. Especially if you don’t have insurance. We didn’t have flood insurance.

We contacted this company after the hurricane in September for a free quote.... they estimated the damage to be about $2000 in demolition including dehumidifiers and $2000 in repairs. They were going to return the next day with a contract with exact dollar amount and do the work but left two dehumidifiers in the meantime at their request not ours. They did not come the next day so the day after that mind you time is of the essence with mold. We did the demo ourselves. At no point did they check moisture levels or return. We called and asked them to pick up their equipment. They were too busy again... Finally after a few days they picked up their equipment after several requests from us and sent us a bill for around $4000. The rental for the same make and model dehumidifiers is about $50 a day. You could purchase one for $2500 and a used one for $1,100 mind you one didn’t even work. We had not agreed to or asked for this. This place is an absolute scam. They tried threatening a lien on our house when we refused to pay something we didn’t agree to or ask for. You have to win a legal court case to get a lien on someones house but they tried to intimidate us into paying something that we never agreed to instead. Now we are talking to lawyers. Do not EVER use this company they are absolute horrible people and scam artists.

Terrible experience. The only thing they did right was to show up as expected. They left a mess and it took 2days to get them back out and then only half did what was expected. Can not get a return phone call to discuss situation. We were left with so much added work that they left or created
