I can’t say enough positive things about Ashely .The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. David Garcia was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I will visit the store again.

It came be overwhelming to walk into a furniture store even if you know what you want. Our salesman, Carlos Hernandez was amazing. He was patient and willing to do whatever it takes to give us what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to give us what we wanted even showing us some items that were not in the showroom! We had been to another furniture store that advertises a lot and walked out feeling like we were intruding. Not here!!! We made the purchase, got a free "cortadito" and walked out excited about getting the furniture and planning for our next purchase. Don't waste your time anywhere else!! Very happy customers😀

From the moment we arrived Mila was there to assist us. We had many questions regarding various platforms and mattresses. She was very product knowledgeable and answered all to our satisfaction. We had a couple of managers come up to us and ask if there was anything else they could assist with. I would rate that as excellent customer service by all!!

Joshua Verde made the furniture buying process a breeze. He is patient and knowledgeable in all things furniture, beds and rugs. I recommended my in laws and they came and bought the same day as well. Next room we remodel, we wouldn’t hesitate going with Joshua again.

Jorge T was wonderful! He was polite, patient and kind! Never pushy and always had another option for me. He had answers to all the questions. What a great experience!

Our shopping experience went amazing with our sales person Marcelo. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We went looking for a table to have in time for thanksgiving and although they did not have stock on the one we first fell in love with he showed us other similar options that were just as nice and in stock. Thank you Marcelo :)

Mr Jorge Torrens was a great help to me yesterday in the showroom. He dedicated a lot of time to me and helped me decide my best option, his patience is excellent, without pushing me to make the purchase. His customer service attention is unbeatable.

My daughter had a specific mattress in mind that was being discontinued, they found it and ordered it for us! Our salesperson went above and beyond. Delivery was seamless as well. We love our new beds!

If you go to the Ashley/city furniture by dolphin mall…..ask for MYRNA. She is such a great sales person. Extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise, insurance offered and is not the hovering kinda salesperson. She actually lets you roam around and look on your own but always seems to pop in to check on you exactly when you seem to have a question. She made our chopping experience super pleasant and easy. Strongly recommend….

David Garcia was the best sales associate I’ve been with. Super charismatic guy and extremely helpful and kind, he made the experience great.

I walked around Ashley furniture during if grand opening. It is a 2 story building with many different showrooms. They have a large selection of furniture to choose from. The furniture is set up as rooms, so it gives you plenty of ideas for your own home.

One of the best customer service experiences I ever had - highly recommend. Dinorath was very helpful and patient and her managers were quick to help with my international shipping needs.

This store and its staff are amazing! I came with no intentions on buying anything and I left with a heck of a deal on a bedroom set! I have to give a massive shoutout to Andres Ramirez! This gentleman knew the idea I was trying to build and made it come together flawlessly!

They have good deals. I highly recommend asking for Isabel to take care of you. She went through all the possible details regarding fabrics, dimensions and comfortability with us and was very clear at explaining details about our financial options. She was also very patient and responsive during the process since we had to change some items in our order.
