Redmond Inn

Great rooms, Hotel had everything you need, liked that the room had coffee in it and that there was a continental breakfast. Whenever I'm out of town I have no time so it's so convenient! The manager Joel was super awesome! I stay in a lot of hotels and there's one thing that a company cannot train somebody on and that is a great personality! Thanks Joel for the excellent stay!

I stayed last night at the Redmond Inn and was very pleased. The value was great. I was also looking at rooms in Bellevue that were so much more expensive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also great (I just love being able to cook a fresh waffle). A big thank you to the staff and ownership.

This is a very luxury hotel. Great service, good quality shampoo and soap. Love the Keurig coffee machine. AC worked very well. TV was perfect. No static. The sound was clear of the TV beds Comfortable pillows very comfortable I highly recommend this place to anyone. Staff was very professional and friendly breakfast more than me. My expectations as the room itself very clean had no smell of any kind! I'm a very picky person when I rate these hotels. This one is one of the best. So far in my travels

What a gem! Clean, affordable, good location and the staff was amazing! The hotel had every thing I needed and several amenities. The Manager Joel was delightfully full of good ol' Hospitality! Thanks for the stay!

Check in was fast. I loved the room. The only minus is the constantly working fan in the bathroom. I loved the hot whirl pool. The excersise equipment was good too. Breakfast was standard, I liked the selection of jams for waffles or toasts.

Really good coffee machine in the lobby.

Easy access to the place from highway 520. I hope after the end of construction the access from would be also smooth.

Very friendly & attentive staff. Internet WiFi was working. Good quality shampoos, conditioners, lotions.

Great hotel in a great location. They have some construction going on now around the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. They offered a 15% off for the pancake house next door. They have a small continental breakfast available as well. I like this place and will stay again on next business trip.

I wasn’t expecting much more than a bed and a TV. It was a nice surprise that there was a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Also a Keurig coffee maker with caf and decaf coffee available. There were also two bottles of water in the room for $2.00 each. In the kitchenette area there was a small sink.
The walls of the kitchenette area were covered with mirrors and there was a full length mirror in the entryway.
In the entrance of the room there was a bathroom off to the right with a tub and toilet. Just outside the room was another sink. The room was very large with one queen bed.
There was a large 4 drawer dresser and a desk with a chair. The desk also had a mirror. There were also two night stands, one on either side of the bed, both with lamps. The TV was on the dresser across from the bed but it was no more than 42” at best. There was a working remote and a channel list.
There were three lamps in the room that provided ample lighting. There was only one switch by the front door that turned on all the overhead lights. There was also one light switch for the bathroom sink light and one light switch for the toilet room light.
There was one medium sized window but the drapes did not open to fully utilize all the light that could come through.
The room was very clean except for the filters in the heating unit. When I turned on the heat, the room soon smelled like dirty gym shoes and vinegar. I sprayed the filters with hand sanitizer and the smell went away. Otherwise I would have changed rooms because the smell was overpowering. But the heating unit was very quiet.
The bathroom was also very clean. Could not see any dirt anywhere. And I looked. There was also a hair dryer in the bathroom sink area.
My room was next to the rear exit which I appreciated because I had a lot of stuff to load in and out multiple times. The downside to that was that many other guests were also going in and out of that door, some at 3am. Regardless, I got a good night's sleep. The bed was soft but not too soft. Personally, I prefer an extra firm mattress but it was fine for one night.
There was also a closet with a door (separate room) although I did not need to use it, it was quite big, like maybe 8 square feet.
All the lamps had USB connectors and outlets so I could charge my phone.
There were plenty of towels and a landline phone.
The front desk staff were young women and very polite. She had their spiel well rehearsed.
When I first entered the lobby, there were two women behind the desk. One was speaking to another employee, who looked like a maintenance worker. The other was talking to a guest. When the woman talking to the employee finished her conversation, she turned her back to me and looked over at the other woman behind the counter. A minute later the other woman finished talking to the guest and came toward me and asked if I was checking in. She quickly found my reservation in the computer and explained the policies and amenities of the Inn. She was polite but a bit robotic. However, check-in took less than 5 minutes.
There was breakfast in the lobby but I did not partake. I was told there is a whirlpool but I did not use that either.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by all the amenities and the cleanliness of the Redmond Inn. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay there next time I go to the velodrome which is only 5 minutes away. I was able to get to Marymoor Park easily without going on to any main roads or hitting any traffic lights. Although there was a lot of construction nearby, it was very quiet.
The Inn is 18 minutes from the freeway but easy to find if you follow the road along the east side of Lake Sammamish. The area felt like a safe upscale neighborhood.

The rooms were just as described. Mary was the staff member on duty during our stay. She was amazing! Very kind and very accommodating. The hot tub actually had hot water in it, not lukewarm. Would definitely stay here again

I was skeptical, but have made it my home away from home - staycation 1 time a month to visit. Great coffee machine in lobby and room. Great staff. Clean rooms. Powerful showers 😀 Recommend.

A huge hotel, offering reasonable fare for comfy and easy going rooms with a super cute little pancake house amout front!
Breakfast is 6am-9pm, the coffee is always on (good roasts, nice for a convenient night cap) and offers a good range of cereals, bagels, yogurts and waffle machine with microwave too.
Note, be prepared to walk near highways if you plan on pretty much getting anywhere. If you need a gym, I stress you look elsewhere as the fitness center is smaller than a closet. However, the parks and lakes are super close for a beautiful morning grind.
This was a super pleasant stay, no concerns and if I were in the area again then I would definitely choose here, price accordingly.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained with friendly staff and a great breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers as well as families. It is affordable and I will definitely return for another stay.

There is a restaurant right across the parking lot that you can grab lunch at and a Fred Meyer across the street if you’d prefer to buy your own groceries. The room I stayed in had a microwave, fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. Well worth the money!

One of the few family owned hotels still around. Very clean, very nice people, the breakfast is good and the coffee on the lobby is terrific. The fitness center is pretty poor, just some cardio machines stuck in a small room. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Had to find a hotel while house was getting repainted and chose Redmond Inn. The walls are thin (you can hear everyone and everything everywhere and anytime haha), but genuinely the room was perfect for a a small getaway. The service of the staff is top notch all the way around and I cannot sing praises enough to their kindness. On our checkout day, I lost my wallet and an employee by the name of Jessica (thank you again so much!!) thoroughly checked out room and found it and held it for me until I was able to get it back. We extremely appreciate the integrity, helpfulness, honesty, and hard workers of the Redmond Inn 😊

Another great stay at The Redmond Inn.
Rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Service from all at the front desk is terrific. Bonuses are the great coffee machine in the lobby and terrific Blazing Bagels at the complimentary breakfast. Great trail to walk or run on close to the hotel.

Very nice accommodations - pillows and bed were very comfortable! The staff was VERY nice. Location was just right for our what we wanted to do in Seattle.

For a small-ish hotel it doesn't get much better than this! Good coffee, very clean, affordable rates, and friendly staff. The owner(s) obviously care to maintain the place and maintain good staff and it shows.

They really improved their rooms and customers service. My room was super clean with good quality bedding.
All employees were very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was welcoming and functional. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here while on the west coast visiting our son. It is an older inn but updated, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

This is a great hotel if you are planning to stop over for a few days.. I stayed in this hotel to get over jet lag and move to my designated hotel after a couple of days... price wise and facility wise, this is a great choice.. normally, I don't provide 5 stars... but this hotel is so good I had to give away... don't expect 5 Star type facilities, but it will match 3 stars for sure... there is a big supermarket and resturants near by

My daughter got sick while traveling so this was a last minute and unexpected stay. The staff were all excellent. They made a very stressful situation a little easier. The rooms were clean, they were close to stores and services, and the rates are super competitive. Highly recommend!
