Just renewed my auto insurance and had the best experience via phone with Destiny! Such a sweet, caring woman. You can tell she loves her job and loves people. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

She gave me a piece of mind and I really appreciate her for it. I wish I could give her more stars that 5 stsrs, because she deserves it. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

"Kevin Cross at the Vann Drive Jackson Tn location was very informative and explained the whole policy to me. I had several questions that I asked him regarding the roadside assistance, and other options. He was able to help me with answering everything. I also had some concerns with making sure I had the same coverage that I had with my other company I was using and he was very informative and explained all my options. I ended up getting a better policy with more coverage and it costing less with his help. I am very thankful that he was able to help me in so many different ways. I really believe he definitely helped get me the right insurance coverage I needed. I would recommend him and Direct auto to any one."

I would have to say that getting insurance was a breeze. I had the BEST agent in the world assisting me, Destinee Brooks at the Jackson,TN location. I did not have a valid license when I called for a quote but she still helped me get insurance. The wonderful part is that I had been trying for years to get my license. Destinee gave me a number to the DMV and there I was able to get the ball rolling towards getting my license' She has worked with me every since then. I also purchased rental insurance as well. I now have a permit and the next step is my actual drivers license. I would not have been able to accomplish this without Destinee;s patience and assistance. She is my good luck charm...lol. GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT AGENT!!!
