VIP Nail & SPA

My hero's, they saved me from a horrible nail salon i had visited earlier today that messed my nails up so bad i left in the middle of the fill-in. The young guy at VIP nails did a great job on my nails he took his time and went through every step. They all made me feel like a valued customer, and i appreciate everything they did. And they even offered me something to drink, which was actually a first for me. Icing on cake, they did great!!!!

Was here visiting from Knoxville. Tracy was wonderful. I was so happy with my nails. The salon is clean, everyone was friendly. I will return in my next trip!!

I took my daughter here to get her nails done. We both were very satisfied. This was first time she has gotten them done and wasn't exactly sure what she wanted. The man that did manicure was very patient and understanding while she was deciding. He took his time on her nails and didn't rush or hurt her. Store was very clean and employees were friendly.
I thought $50 for manicure was a bit higher then most nail salons. After we saw finished nails I would say it was worth it. We will definitely be back.

This is my favorite place by far!! I get my feet, nails, lashes, and eyebrows done here. They are dedicated to pampering you and my lashes and nails last longer than any place I've been to.

Tracy did amazing on my nails, I’ve been to a lot of nail places and now drive an hour away from my home just to let Tracy at VIP work her magic on my fingers!

Tracy most definitely earned a new regular client after my experience! Everyone was so kind and patient. They all made sure my experience was phenomenal. Tim and Tracy took their time with my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. They did excellent, precise work. Not only was my full acrylic set picture perfect but Tracy’s eyebrow cleanup and draw on was incredible as well. Love this place! I’ll definitely make sure to tell everyone about my wonderful time!

Originally left a bad review prior to encountering Tracy. First time coming and will be back. They do the best they can with the time alloted for each service. The staff are all in sync with one another so much so one can pick up where the other left off. They work as a true team. Went for two services ended up getting four. Overspent but it was WELL worth it. Thank you Tracy for everything. You have a beautiful welcoming sincere spirit and I will make sure everyone I come in contact with on a beauty tip knows about VIP !

I stopped here from out of town to get my nails and toes done for an event. The entire staff was friendly. I was greeted upon arrival and set up quickly. The quality of service was awesome. Different staff members asked me how my day was and talked to me. I will stop here anytime I’m in town. My nails look great, but the level of customer service offered is the real jewel here.

This is the best nail shop ever. The staff is awesome and the owner is a sweetheart. She explains what it is best for your nails to be healthy and pretty. If you haven't tried VIP Nails you should. Tell Tracy, Shun sent you 🔥🔥😍😍😍😍. I'm a lifetime customer.

I loved my experience here! This was my first visit, and I had an idea of what I wanted done, but wasn’t sure which method to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, and helped me decide what would be best for the health of my nails and pricing. They didn’t push me in a direction just to get more money, and weren’t pushy about design ideas. I ended up getting dip powder in two colors, and Bissan did a fantastic job. Sierra wasn’t even my nail tech but was helpful as well. They were so kind. Ask for Bissan or Sierra!

Love them most all the time! Tracy is Great & Amazing... I saw a full set of Christmas themed gel nails, on a lady at the bank; she turned me on to Tracy and I'm hardly disappointed..🤠🥰

They are the best!! Tracy is my girl! Her cousin does my pedis and is soo sweet; I just love her!! And Tracy is staying on top of everyone wearing masks and sanitizing right now so I feel comfortable this being my only outing every 2/3 weeks. I’ve never been anywhere else in Jackson and I don’t intend to.

Friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. I get ingrown toenails. They did an excellent job of removing them without hurting me. I have been several places who hurt me and left pieces in. I recommend this place for a pedi. I left feeling so relaxed that I think I'm ready for a nap. My toes also look amazing.

First time here. Very nice people and thet take very good care of you. Such a wonderful and relaxing place. I loved it there and found a new place to come get my nails done!

Yes I went there today an got the pink an white! Absolutely loved it. After your finished your hands get put in warm wax an feels like lotion. Very nice an clean! Will be back Soon! 😍😊💅👍💗
