Residence Hub Inn & Suites

My wife and I were pleased with the hotel room we had at the Residence Hub Inn & Suites in Marianna. Damian was manning the front desk when we checked in and when we checked out. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. His customer service skills are an excellent asset to the owner of the hotel and he seems very passionate to ensure that we have a good experience staying there. The bed was very comfortable. The television had lots of stations to watch. The price was really good. We stayed only one night but the weekday rate was only $51. Unbeatable! I would certainly recommend anyone going to that area to stay there. I would stay there again if I were to return.

I had a excellent experience with the front desk clerk. She went above and beyond to help me pay for the room over the phone. I give this place a five star review and I do not do that lightly. The room was clean, the people were nice, and the service was excellent.

This is always my go to when I need a room for a night! Staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and the beds are comfy. I recommend them to everyone I know

We had a very nice stay, the staff was SOOOO POLITE and helpful. Both ladies at the front desk were awsome! If I pass thru this town again I will stay here. Thank you all for ur service. Oh maintenence fella was awsome too, helped us get into our room.

I been here for a while so far.. I haven't had one problem so far. Kids love the staff. They are nice and sweet individuals adults. They help in so many ways. I appreciate my stay here.

We were pleasantly surprised when getting to our room. We only in town for 1 night. We arrived and the front desk girl was very friendly and welcoming. We were on the 2nd floor. No elevator but it wasn’t bad. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the room being as this hotel
Is very affordable. The room was big, VERY clean and the bed was comfortable! Yes it’s dated and could use some paint, but nothing major was wrong. This is an affordable hotel for those of us that do not want to pay $100+ for a bed for a few hours! if you want the bells and whistles find a 5 star hotel! The basics here were covered very well! Staff was friends ✅ room was clean ✅ room was spacious ✅ the bed was very comfortable ✅ I highly recommend this place!

My experience was great. It was affordable and comfortable. Time was spent alone and peaceful. Free internet and television. Plenty of parking.

Im grateful to spend a good night in this hotel the price are very honest was the cheapest hotel I find along my rout and this one was cheapest and better than hotels I pay 80 to 120$
The money I saved I will see the local attractions 🤙

Trying to outrun Hurricane. The staff faced an instant sell out. They handled it with warmth and compassion for all of us that suddenly filled the hotel. The property is nothing special, but the warmth of the staff won me over.

I'm rating this Hotel excellent, this was my second time staying their in less than a year. I have read a few reviews about people who have stayed here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, their price for a week stay was reasonable and affordable. Plus the fact they are pet friendly was a good accommodation for me.The location excellent, and plenty of great features. The rooms were clean,and gave me the comfort of a home away from home. I will always choose this hotel when planning a trip to Florida.

Everything is more than expected rooms very nice property quiet would not want to stay anywhere else. We decided to stay 2 more nights, Everyone of the staff is so polite and very helpful will just offere to do anything in the world for you . There is a place to do your laundry and they are still offering a continental style breakfast abnd have the pool open unlike every other hotel in the area that claims this but does not offer it. I overheard one of the employees talking about completed and upcoming renovations and you could just hear the pride in where and who they work for..the whole stay has just been great!!!

Locally owned and operated by women, all incredibly friends and helpful. The hotel itself is lovely ( it isn't a Hilton, but it's beautiful, simple, and comfortable). No bugs, no dirty sheets, etc. Just a clean and pretty room. The pool was a little warmer than our last room in another hotel and was nice to take a dip in.

I would come here again and again. Great price, friendly staff, good rooms, good pool. The cost is low and the joy is high.

The breakfast was a splendid surprise, complete with eggs, pancakes, sausage, waffle bar, yogurt, cereal, coffee, orange juice and so on. Everything tasted fresh, and was certainly a much better value than most other hotels we have been through for the same price. The dining room is also much nicer than most others.

The owner is a very sweet woman who went out of her way to hold open doors and be helpful even though there were lots of guests. She seems like she gas a very well run staff.

1. The rooms are newly and nicely decorated.
2. The rooms are very clean.
3. The bed was extremely comfortable.
4. The TV was large and had a great picture.
5. The bathroom was not new but it was clean.
6. The air and heat unit was new and worked
fantastic.
7. They are getting a restaurant and will be.
doing room service.

There rooms have wood floors, a big screen tv, fridge, but not a microwave. I loved the staff they were very friendly ask constantly tried to make my stay enjoyable. These rooms are newly renovated, so you can smell the new smell still. One great perk is there's no pets or smoking in the rooms!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was super nice and we will definitely be coming back if we ever stay in Marianna again.

This motel is just awesome. This was my second stay there. The only thing I don't like is they have no smoking rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. It is an older motel but what they have done to it, you can't tell it was older unless you lived in the area and just know. The rooms have been remodeled with new everything from the floor to the bathroom, to the the ac. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay again.

I have been staying at this hotel for six weeks for work. The staff have been so kind and helpful with anything I need. The room is nice and comfortable. I have had no issues during my stay. Anything I have needed the staff has helped me in any way they can. I will be back to stay again in a week for another work trip and I have already reserved my room at Residence Hub Inn and Suites!

Stayed here twice already. The beds are very comfy, slept like a baby. The breakfast is beyond what was expected with fresh fruits, eggs, waffles, pancakes, sausages, grits, yogurt and more! The pool is brand new and huge! The staff are very friendly! Must stay for all.
