I recently visited Chapel Trial Dentists and had an outstanding experience. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The service was exceptional; they were professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about my well-being. Dr. Reyes is especially wonderful, showing great kindness and a deep care for their patients. They took the time to explain everything and ensured I was at ease throughout my visit. Dr. Reyes and her team were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I felt relaxed and comfortable and would highly recommend her office for any kind of treatment! There was absolutely no pain and I had all my treatment done in one day. Dr. Reyes is an outstanding doctor!

Very attentive and kind, the hygienist who saw me did my cleaning smoothly and painlessly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and funny, helped me instantly with an issue my previous dentist had offered no solution for. This was my third visit to this office since it changed owners (patient of Dr Rotter) and I am very pleased with how the office is run. Very friendly atmosphere. My experience with Dr. Reyes was very good.

As a patient at the same dental office since my teen years (with Dr Rotter), of course I was a little nervous about the transition of a new dr coming into the office. But wow! I was so pleased with Dr Chloe Reyes! She’s upbeat, all smiles, takes her time and knows her stuff! Her attention to detail and commitment to providing top notch care was evident in every interaction. It was a pleasant short visit for me since I had to come in for a filling that fell out. But of course I will be back and happy to continue my dental journey here for many years.

When I walked in I literally said out loud that this feels like a spa. Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. They put you at ease. The treatment plan was explained fully to me in a slow pace. They answered all my questions. I was impressed with the service. I would definitely recommend.

Dr . Chloe , Idania , Maria, Sabrina , Genesis and Saritza are a great staff . I am so happy to have my dental treatment done here . They are also very understanding when it comes to working with their patients and payment options .

This place was extremely amazing! I am someone who hates all things concerning medical care and am not a fan of going to the dentist in general but the staff here made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are great at what they do here and treated me with such respect, I highly HIGHLY recommend going here! Besides their politeness, their work in general is really just top of the line, my teeth have never felt cleaner and overall just better, I definitely will be returning regularly!!

Great staff and doctors and this is the only place I will go for a dentist. They are very patient with their patients and explain each procedure. They keep your smile looking healthy and you will be happy you chose to go.

First visit at a new dentist office for me today. Alexa atthe front desk made me feel very welcome, was professional and efficient. Making the appointment was easy.
They do not to try to sell you something you don’t need. The office is well equipped and nicely decorated.

Dr. Reyes is both gentle and confident, she made me feel very comfortable. Excellent first visit! I would highly recommend this practice.

1/22/24 3rd visit update:

After three visits with Dr. Reyes and my hygenist Sabrina, I am happy to call Chapel Trail Dentists of Pembroke Pines my dental office in Pembroke Pines. They care about patient comfort and patient care. The front office personnel are friendly and explain everything.

I have had no surprises. I have had no pain, including from a novocaine injection. Adding a few cosmetic touch ups to several broken front teeth today has given me back my old smile!
I appreciate the kind and professional treatment from Dr. Reyes and her staff at this practice and feel appreciated by them.
