Took too long today for oil change and tire rotation. Asked for a quote on front wiper blades, but they put them on instead, and charge for them seemed exhorbitant. Have been going there for years. Always friendly and reliable on both vehicles we own.

Terrible service truck has a misfire carry it to Chiploa Ford in Mariana Florida they put it on the computer and said it has a mis fire exactly as I told them they wanted to charge me over $1000 to put spark plugs in it and see if it helped the problem but would not guarantee anything. I'm sorry but don't the mechanics still go to school to learn how to diagnose a problem any more instead of just being a parts changer and let's just throw thousands of dollars at it until we finally find the problem. Sorry I will never recommend them or ever go back terrible service
