I had the most amazing labor experience! The service you get at Lake Nona Hospital is truly personalized. All The nurses, Dr. Sierra Rios, and the lactation consultant Amy Lamb were all God-sent. If you’re looking to breastfeed, I highly recommend their class, thanks to Amy and her course, me and baby will be hitting 6 months of exclusively breastfeeding. Thank you Lake Nona Hospital for giving me the labor experience I dreamed of.

The UCF hospital is first rate facility. The staff handled the administrative steps of my visit very efficiently. The staff person doing the echocardiogram was skilled and efficient. She also was very welcoming and helpful. All together an outstanding experience.

I highly recommend this hospital for any families!! I recently gave birth at this hospital and from the beginning of our stay til my husband and I got discharged, the professionalism, kindness, and patience of the medical team that took care of us at this hospital were awesome!! Their were several nurses that went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and treated us with great customer service. (Nurses: Maryanne, Gabriela, Tammy, Christine, Jaclyn, im sorry if I forgot the others names). You ladies we're so great to us. My husband and I sincerely appreciate the care you guys showed us while there. Dr. Benitez who handled my delivery, thank you as well. Your medical team that took care of my daughter and I were great! I also want to commend the nutritionists that brought our food to our room. It did not taste like regular hosp.food. The food was actually great!! We felt like we were checked into a hotel instead of a hospital. God bless you guys for all the wrk you guys do at this hospital. 😊

I have to say, I recently experienced exceptional care at the ER here. The doctors and staff were incredibly attentive, providing prompt and thorough assistance. Their professionalism and genuine concern made a significant impact on my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical attention. Grateful for their excellent service!

I had my baby here in September and I wish I would’ve left a review sooner so I could remember everyone’s name and be able to acknowledge all of the amazing nurses. I chose to come to this hospital because my last two deliveries at a different hospital were just awful! I was induced and it was simply one of the best days of my life! The nurses were ALL compassionate, knowledgeable and kind. I felt special and respected. It was a beautiful experience all around. I just wanted to say, thank you to all of the staff and Dr Caito for making our special day of bringing our baby into this world, a memory I will never forget. ❤

I got my gallbladder removed at this hospital and had nothing short of a great experience. I was really scared of having a bad experience and becoming traumatized because having surgery puts you in a vulnerable position. But those fears were not needed, everyone was so kind. All of the nurses were so sweet. I can’t remember my nurses names, but I want all of them to know that they are always in my heart. I could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much to all the nurses that work so hard every day, even when you are tired, understaffed, or underpaid. You are so special and made a huge difference in my life.

Also, my surgeon, Dr. Neychev, was amazing. I had no complications after surgery, and my health is so much better because of him.

Beautiful hospitality! My ICU nurses were outstanding. Their caring ways, intelligent decisions, experience and kindness were outstanding. I've never been cared for so lovingly so. Dr G was absolutely top notch.

We absolutely love our experience at UCF Lake Nona Hospital, from the staff to the modern facilities everything was perfect. From the tour, the c-section recovery support, we felt so pampered. The food is great (they accommodated my GF diet), the unlimited snacks and drink were perfect and walking distance from our room. Special thanks to the anesthesiologist assistant that stayed next to us during the entire process supporting us and giving us updates of every step, he gave my husband peace of mind and he felt relax during the process.The downside are the guest recliners to spend the night… so uncomfortable, poor husband and the pressure and stress that the lactation support specialist put on me was not necessary. I already have a thyroid condition that affects my production and the least I needed was that lady telling me what to do on a certain way pretty much pointing at what I was doing wrong. This is my third time around and for my oldest 2 I had a wonderful breastfeeding journey but with thyroid it’s a different scenario that I think she didn’t understood.

Amazing experience! This hospital is very clean and incredibly accommodating. I gave birth here in August with Dr. Dasha, the entire staff - Ada, Anna, Brittany, Stephanie and OB doctors were so kind and informative. Aftercare was like being pampered at a nice hotel. I truly appreciate everyone's patience and support while staying there, they ALL care about your recovery and well being. I will be having all my babies here in the future.

Came in on 3/26 for a Hysterectomy, from the time I walked through the doors for pre op, to the time of surgery and for the time spent in recovery/obs, I have had nothing but an amazing experience! All staff were so kind, and genuine, and very compassionate. Thank you to pre-op Achu RN, PACU Carmen RN, Surgical Circulator Bijong RN, Mother Baby unit Francheska RN and Susan RN. You all made my stay comfortable and I appreciate you all

Went in to give birth at this hospital and the staff was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always there when I needed them. The hospital food was actually pretty good. They didn't have a limit to visitors which was awesome cause everyone wanted to come see the baby. The only complaint was the bed for the guest staying with you. My husband said it was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Caito and the L&D team is amazing… our experience was hands down the best out of all my friends who went to different hospitals…very grateful to have been able to deliver here

I just had my first baby here and i am so glad I gave birth here and no where else. The experience was amazing for me. My care team was the best. They really took their time with me and my big family! No question was a stupid question and they explained everything very in depth to me and were very accommodating! My labor and delivery nurses were very involved. Shout out to Doctor Cabrera, Doctor Benitez, Nurses Gabriella and Marianne and Erin! You guys made it possible for me to have a PAINLESS 15 minute pushing session! You guys are the best! If you are going to give birth, make sure you come here! & if you’re here on one of their shifts then you are going to be VERY taken care of!

We were there from Jan.28th until February 2nd ,my husband got ill so we couldn't fly home.From the experience in the ER to the daily and nightly care on 2nd floor we were amazed EVERYONE was great very professional and caring, I also stayed there in the room because we knew no one in Orlando ,anything I needed they were eager to help with.
IF we ever need a hospital in Orlando again this will be the first choice.Thank you again God bless all of you !!Don & Jill Price

Best hospital ever, they treated me well and I healed fast. The nurses are very nice specially Sidney. She made me feel comfortable and checked on me so many times and made sure I had everything I needed. This is the one place to go get better 🙌. I spent the past 3 days hospitalized. I’m speechless on how amazing and knowledgeable the team is. To begin, it wasn’t a great start, Felix checked me in with an attitude because they were busy and told me “it’s going to take a while” well I was in a lot of pain but I was able to wait. My emergency room nurse was Anthony, absolutely loved his personality, made me relax, took well care of me and acknowledge and explained everything to my husband and I since I ended up being admitted. From there on my experience was beyond amazing. I want to thank aaaall of the nurses that took care of me in the ICU unit Marisa, Emma, Whitney, Janet, Kareem (I don’t know how to say her name but she recently started in this hospital and she is also beyond amazing) and the nurses that took me to surgery Ciarelis(she used to be in the icu unit before now she’s is with the surgery team) think her name is also wow! I had a great experience under the horrible circumstances I admitted for. Thank you staff for making my stay a good one and for taking care of me as well as you did.

Highly recommend this hospital. Not only beautiful and luxurious but with an amazing team to represent them. We just moved recently to the lake Nona area and this will be our to go to place from now on.

I've brought my mother, who is over 100 yrs old, here several times in the past few years for various conditions. Every time she has been accurately diagnosed and treated appropriately, which is saying a lot! She has always had prompt attention. Every person (the doctors, nurses, the radiology techs and healthcare assistants) have been kind and compassionate.

Arrived last Friday via Ambulance. They had me diagnosed and a treatment plan within hours. The nurses there are superstars. So nice and caring. Maya,Amanda,and Eve have a lot to do with my recovery through two surgeries. And the doctors were really great too. Very nice. This hospital is the place to be for efficient and compassionate care.
