Totally incompetent!! If you want someone to screw up the sale of your house and then have bills to pay after the sale, then please use these guys... if not do not go near this company! Marylou has given herself a 5* rating and is about the only one who would! I'm sure the other reviewers are relatives too. If I could give a 0*, I would.
1) They expected us to chase down the title company who sold us the house 2 days before closing... They had the sale notification more than a month in advance;
2) We got the final Settlement statement an hour before we were due to close and we are legally supposed to have it 3 days in advance.
3) They moved offices 2 months before our closing and forgot to tell us, so we went the wrong address - on moving day as you know is stressful enough;
4) They didn't calculate the taxes to be paid correctly, so we received a huge unexpected tax bill 2 months after the sale;
5) The documentation sent to us for title were sent to the house we had SOLD and were in part completely illegible - the most important pages.
Need I say more?
