US Century Bank

I called to inquire about setting up a checking account, however, I had an unusual case. I possessed an out-of-state driver's license but currently resided in Miami and attended the University of Miami. Once I walked into US Century bank at the Dadeland location, the staff's swift handling of my case was impeccable. I walked into the bank, was immediately seated with Nancy and I provided all the necessary documentation needed to open the account. She called the back office for approval and it was all completed swiftly and efficiently. There were no run arounds, asking for extraneous unnecessary documentation, hold times, wait times, nothing. The building was clean, there was available parking, and there is an ATM available for use. Nancy who helped me open my account was exceedingly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was even provided with a few sample checks at no charge. I admit, I have only been a customer for less than a day but as of right now, I am highly pleased with their service and would definitely recommend this branch over any of the big bank corporations.
