The entire staff was super friendly. They have a great vibe in that office they treat you like family. Doctor Newman was amazing she explained everything in detail. She made me fell comfortable and put on some music so could ease the mind. Highly recommend. Thanks so much Nona!!

This is my second visit at this office and my experience was the same as my first visit. All the ladies are very polite and friendly. Dr Mina is very caring and guide you through any procedure. Hygienist Claudia is charming and professional. Nacharie is very helpful and friendly. And Natalie it’s quick and efficient with your appointments/ scheduling. Great dentist office.

I have come a few time to this office, and I cannot recommend it enough! Every single staff member will make you feel cared for. I first came in October 2022 due to sudden severe tooth pain, and they were able to get my two teeth extracted on the same day. Dr. Krishna and Dr. Bianca Newman were excellent and caring, and so were their assistants. I came in today to get multiple cavities filled, and once again, Dr. Krishna and his assistant were amazing!
I have already referred both my partner and our roommate here, and they have each also received great care by Dr. Ihsan, Dr. Sung Nam, and Dr. Elmore for their office visits and their wisdom teeth removals!

The great experience starts with the welcoming and helpful staff. They work with you to schedule and accommodate the entire family. The hygienist are kind and compassionate towards their patients. Dr. Nam as well as Dr. Chris are warm and approachable. They take their time with our children as well as myself. Our entire family now comes here and their fantastic office has exceeded our expectations and lived up to all the great reviews.

By far, best dental experience I have had in a LONG time. The front desk staff were very friendly. Dr. Nam and his amazing assistant Sabrina made sure I was comfortable and that I understood what I was getting done today! The treatment went smoothly and I left feeling great. Definitely will be coming back!

Relocated from Atlanta where I was a patient at another smile generation location, and I was so elated to receive another 5 star experience. Dr. Chou and team were so punctual, professional, and caring. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new practice.

Was recommended by family to try out this new dentist office after seeing the same dentists since moving to Orlando for the past 10 years. Had a great new patient appointment with Dr.Nam, they were very informative about the treatment and cleaning I needed. They even made sure to get my cleaning done in the same day. I had an old porcelain crown that chipped and became a terrible food trap. I was able to get a same day appointment and same day crown. Dr.Nam was very gentle and thorough when explaining the qualities of the Cerec crown that they are able to make in the office. I get to enjoy my day off of work with my new crown and eat normal again!

Nona Dentist does it again with a 10/10. Mr. Nam & Ms Sabrina did the works on my mouth and it’s a miracle the way it looks . I also can’t forget the welcoming front desk crew Nona Dentist has. Amazing place to get your smile right.

Nona Dentists have taken such great care of my family. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The doctors take the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. I would recommend them highly!

This office is amazing. Dr. Newman is a excellent periodontist, her team took really good care about of me. Logan and Caleb are the best dental assistant in the world. 100% definitely recommend. I feel blessed and glad to have visited this office.

Patient treatment outstanding, friendly customer service (front desk), knowledgeable, attentive, caring doctors. Surgical Dr and assistants were amazing for my difficult extraction tooth #3, great chemistry, environment and patience.

Great experience. Very clean office and friendly staff. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Kris is a great doctor and listened to my concerns. His assistants Gilma and hygienist Mariel were so kind and attentive. I was always afraid of dentists but they made me feel comfortable during my visit and I would recommend this place 100%. I am so grateful for all the help I received during my appointment.

I had a broken tooth and wasn’t ever a patient here, but they were happy to see me right away and made a temporary cap on the spot! The permanent cap was fitted later and is perfect. Nicest people in the world, very efficient and thoughtful.

It really amazed me the great service received. Dr. Chao, has great bedside manner. She takes the time to explain and listens. Her Assistant, Jeanette and the Hygienist, Gelena, are very detailed oriented. Great team! I highly recommend this office.

Everyone at this office is so friendly! My hygienist Claudia always makes sure to give me tips to take home to make sure I am flossing and brushing properly! Always happy with my cleanings

I visited Nona Dentists today for my check up. I saw Dr Nam , Sabrina & Ashley. Ashley took my X-rays and explained to me throughout what she was doing and looking for (very comfortable). I then saw Dr Nam who did my oral exam. Dr Nam offered me same day treatment. I completed my treatment the same day. When I received the anesthetic Sabrina distracted me by tapping on my shoulder (it was the most reassuring aspect!) I did not feel the shot Dr Nam gave me and my treatment was very seamless! I received my fillings and cleaning in the same visit! Everyone was very friendly & the office was extremely clean! The front desk ladies were so kind also! I highly recommend this office and will definitely be back in 6 months!

Update…

My husband came in with two missing front teeth and had worn a temporary option for many years. Unfortunately the temporary option broke resulting in missing front teeth for several days. We came to see Dr Nam expecting to have to wait several weeks for a replacement. Dr nam was able to restore my husbands smile and provide him with a bridge, for the first time in 18 years we have front teeth!!! Dr Nam provided the most amazing consultation and discussed several options, my husband actually responded to Dr nam you choose due to the upmost confidence he had within Dr Nam (the patient does not trust easily!) both myself and significant other are overwhelmed with what Dr Nam and Sabrina his assistant were able to accomplish! We cannot give enough praise and thanks to Nona Dentists! To note also, my husband stated that he has confidence for the first time in his adult life.

While on vacation we had an ortho issue with my son. Called around to several places that said they couldn’t help, called Nona Dentists and they were able to help immediately!! Got us right in. Office was clean, efficient, and everyone was super friendly. If we lived in Florida this would be our dentist!! Highly recommend
