Amazing! First off, Alba did an AMAZING job on my son’s first haircut! And second, the front desk girl was super enthusiastic and sweet! I wish I got her name. They let my son choose a toy from their treasure box, and they were so kind and talked us through his haircut. Thank you guys!

Absolutely loved this place, the atmosphere and how friendly everyone was from the time I called until we left. I was super nervous how the hairstylist would be with a 1 year old getting their first haircut especially with curly hair but everyone immediately put me at ease. The haircut package with the certificate is a must if it’s your child’s first haircut and you want a keepsake. My son was great, the atmosphere was great. We will be back for future haircuts.. 10/10 just bring your child. My son’s haircut looks sooo good! Totally wish we had this sort of shop when I was a child. Glad I was able to find this place.

Marta did amazing! My little one has sensory issues (he’s 1 year 10 months old) and she got him set up with toys & Ms. Rachel & he didn’t move a muscle or even fight when she got close to his ears. She also did one of the best fades on him that I’ve seen. Definitely will be returning!

The staff is very professional and the hairdressers are super kind and patience with my kids. They listen to every one of my specifications for my kids haircut, which I love and it’s hard to find. The salon is very clean and welcoming. My kids enjoy get a hair cut in their theme chairs while watching movies!

Alba is the best! She has patience and a lot of love to give, she was the only one who managed to get my son to get his hair cut, my son has been cut with her for more than three years, every month!

Marta and Rosanna were nothing short of amazing. My one year old had his first haircut on his 1st birthday and Marta made it extra special and did an absolute wonderful job with his wiggling. She made him feel super comfortable, and made it fun to the point he loved his 1st haircut. Rosanna cut my baby girls hair which was also her first haircut. She made her so happy by giving her the princess treatment. After the cut, she even french braided her hair an added little bows for fun. They both made sure to keep the cutest curl from their cuts and took their time to take the perfect picture for me. Then gave me a first haircut certificate with the date on it. It was worth every penny! I will continue to go there with them, until they are too old to fit in those cute salon chairs.

The stylist did a great job with my daughter! She was very patient and professional. We came here for my daughters first hair cut. She was fussy and moving around alot. The stylist made us feel comfortable and assured us her behavior is expected. I could tell she knew what she was doing! My daughter didn't want to smile for her picture but the stylist tried her best and even bought out bubbles for her (she didn’t crack). The haircut came out so cute!

Melinda cut our 2 year olds hair, it was his first time and he did so well. They really have a beautiful environment for kids. Plenty of things to distract them and fun environment. Melinda cut his hair with scissors and small quiet clippers for the nape of the neck. He didn't cry once and Melinda was so patient and willing to work with whatever Sebastian needed. They allowed us, the parents, to be a part of the cut and it felt so warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend to any worried parents seeking a safe place. Autism friendly.

They have a "My first haircut" package that was amazing. It was $32 dollar and included a certificate, picture, and lock of her hair from the first cut. They also gave her gitter and ribbons in her hair.

They have a play room if you have more than one kids, which is pretty private. My wife used it to breast feed.

You won't believe the amazing experience I had at this crew's hair salon! They took such great care of my kids' haircuts, and I was blown away by the professionalism and genuine care the staff showed towards my children. The stylists are kind with parents and kids and understand that the littlest ones experience stress when they are cutting their hair. stylists have patience and do their best to do a great job. My 3 years old girl look amazing with the new hair cut!

Omg Melinda is absolutely amazing! As first time parents and being our baby first haircut we had our hesitations. Those quickly dissolved, and we had the most amazing time. Our little one looks like a little CEO! I would recommend this salon 100 times over!

Love love love this place! They did so good with my 5 yr old whi is on the spectrum. This was her first haircut, and they put her at ease, which made it easy for them to cut and style her hair un the cute style I asked for.

This place is too cute ! What an amazing experience for both my daughter and I, we went in for a kids haircut and wash and Alba the stylist was super nice ! She took her time and made sure my daughter was comfortable during the whole process! They also sell hair products bows and toys for the kiddos. I will definitely be back !

It was my daughters first haircut! Marta was so patient and gentle. She also did a cute little hairstyle after the cut. Not to mention the certificate they give you for the child’s first haircut with a picture of them in it! I will definitely be going back in the future!

Amazing service at Pigtails & Crewcuts in Lake Nona, the customer service is excellent and my stylist Ms. Haydee is wonderful and very professional, she always listens patiently to what I want for my daughter's haircut, she also cuts her hair my husband and I too... I love my layered cut🥰 🫶she really has angelic hands I recommend them👌👌👌

Great experience! Our stylist was great with our daughter - kind, fast, and did a great job with cute braids after the cut. We loved the train and planes seats. And there was a choice of lollipop or toy as a free treat after.
