The Mango Ginger Smoothie was bussing. It s good each time we come. The local spots can't touch this!

I have been to this location a handful of times and each time I was met with pleasant employees who greeted me upon entering and even offered suggestions when I was unsure about the ingredients in a specific protein smoothie. I have only good things to say about this location and the staff that works there.

Each time I have been there, there has been a nice African American woman (who I assume is a manager because she helped employees on separate occasions with the register and entering of my modified smoothies) who went out of her way to save me money. The last time I went (a few days ago), they had a holiday promo offer of buy a $25 gift card, get $5 in rewards (if you have their app or are a member of their rewards program - which, I highly recommend joining because you get $$ off your orders and they have deals for members often) and it was also happy hour, which I didn’t know that they had a special for $2 off each smoothie during that time. I also had a paper coupon with me for Buy One Get One 1/2 Off. I bought the $25 gift card deal (for the sole purpose of loading it into the app as a payment method for me to use on future orders instead of my debit card) and I thought, “SURELY they wouldn’t accept my reward redemption, the coupon, AND give me the happy hour deal!”, but to my surprise, I was wrong! After the manager pressed some buttons on the register, scanned the QR code on my phone from the app, gave me the $25 gift card (which then sent the $5 bonus to my account) and applied my paper coupon, my total was $27 and some change for 2 medium smoothies. So, I basically only paid tax for the smoothies after it was all set and done.

This location is always clean, well stocked with the other health-related products they sell, and I never have to wait long. I am a big believer in tipping service workers (even before COVID) and I gave the woman/manager and the other employee, a young man who helped make my smoothies, too, each a $5 cash tip.

When I gave the tip to the woman/manager, she remembered me from my previous visit because I had given the same tips then, too, and I was glad that my small token of appreciation, even though it was a small amount, must have made an impact (even if only a small one) for her to remember me. And, it makes me happy when people remember a nice gesture, it put a smile on my face and reinforced my faith in humanity.

To the woman/manager: thank you for not forgetting my menial tips. I would have spent that money on the smoothies and since you went the extra step to save me money in more than one way, you earned it and it was well-deserved. Sorry it wasn’t more, but I’ll be back and hope to see you again.

To Smoothie King upper management/corporate: please recognize your awesome employees at this location and especially the woman manager who didn’t have to let me use all of the deals or try to save me money, but did, and did so with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

The team at this location is always the most friendly! I have placed both mobile and in person orders and the team is speedy regardless of the order's avenue. I appreciate being acknowledged when I walk in! The smoothies are fantastic as well!

Stopped in on lunch break and I thought it was going to take a while because there were so many customers BUT i was so wrong, it didn't take no time at all!! The employees are super friendly and fast!! My smoothie was delicious! Great job 👏 They all definitely show a great example of team work to anyone paying attention!! BRAVO!!

I met the most incredible soul and kindest lady, Anisha, working on Saturday at 8pm. Great customer service! Made the experience amazing and can’t wait to come back to see her.

I absolutely love this location!!!! I recently visited the South County location and was not impressed. The Team members were pleasant and professional however their smoothies were not blended properly. I ordered a vegan mango kale and I was chewing chucks of almonds, kale, and what appear to me as chalk. I attempt to call the South County location not only to request a refund but also to let them know how displeased I was with their product. They seemed clueless. I called the forest park location because I live closer literally around the corner and spoke a manager name Rob just to see if I was possible to bring in the smoothie and have them to remake it. Rob not only offered to fix their mistake by remaking the smoothie he was also understanding that my drive would be another 29 mins back to that location. I refuse to allow his business to suffer behind another business mistake so I’m currently on my way to pay for my smoothie at the forest park location just because Rob and his team are heaven sent. This is the only smoothie king in town I would recommend not only because of this particular Situation but because your smoothie are guaranteed to taste the same each time. They definitely deserve 5 stars period!!!!!

The Friday $5 32 ounce deal is great. Most bang for your buck. Great flavor choices. I like the Strawberry Papypa juice blend. They have plenty of add on options and are mindful if you have allergies which is so helpful. Employees were kind and had positive energy early in the morning. I appreciate that.

Had it for the first time last week. I asked the nice workers what's the best one she like. She recommended me a great one. Glad I towed a car from that lot. Keep up the good work.

I was here today Friday March 5th,2021. The best service by far. Friendly staff and smoothies were on sale. Haven't seen a well oiled team in awhile.The only thing missing might of been a little music.Im down here dealing with a very sick grandson and it was a nice relif.

I'm not a purveyor of smoothies now that I pay attention to carbs, but the smoothies here were quite good when we we're herelast year. The attendant was quick to make our drinks and they were great on a hot day. Spacious area to dine in and close to the University.

Truly amazing they were pretty busy, it's FIVE DOLLAR FRIDAY!!!!!!!! They only had one blender working and performed like ROCK STAR'S without compromising quality and customer service. Best ever!!! ROCK ON!!!😎

Just move to the area. This place has a very nice staff. Very helpful in helping you choose the right smoothie. All the smoothies are very healthy and good. Thank You staff staying open to help the customers doing this difficult time.

Always friendly and loving atmosphere! All the staff are knowledgeable about the smoothies. Good location!! My favorite smoothie is Lemon Twist Strawberry. This is the only Smoothie King I go to.

They practice social distancing, had on mask, and was very professional. Smoothie was delicious and It was my son and I first time visiting ANY Smoothie King, will definitely return.

Very good service especially on $5.00 friday considering covid restrictions got ppl in and out very quickly, all while being very polite. Probably my new smoothie king of choice to go to now.
