HindSight Eye Care 1 Hour Optical & Eye Exams The Villages, FL

This place came recommended to me.. Well let me tell you!! The staff was so very helpful, The ophthalmologist was friendly, talkative, and very knowledgeable. Had a great great personality.. Within one hour of my eye exam, my glasses were done at a very reasonable price. I pay out-of-pocket, and I think it was completely reasonable, considering what I got. Will definitely return!!!

Fantastic service by Dr Russell. I got an appointment within a week. The same day service was more than I expected. In a hour I had new lenses in my frame.
I’ve never experienced such wonderful and same day service. I was renting in The Villages of Florida for 2 months when my vision got cloudy. So pleased with results. All at a reasonable fee.

As this was my first visit to Hindsight, I experienced great success. Dr. Russell greeted me, reviewed my health & eye health with me. The exam was done efficiently and I moved onto the care of staff member, LaDonna. We discussed glasses choices and moved onto the purchase. It was a surprising pleasure that the glasses cost far less than expected.
My order was ready under a week for progressive lenses. I then brought in an old glasses frame & asked to have them made into single vision bifocals. Those, were ready in a day. Both pairs were expertly made with the transitions just in the right places.
I’ll keep going back to Hindsight for my vision care!

Having just moved to The Villages I didn't know who to go to to have my wife's and my eyes examined. Upon checking the internet I chose Hindsight based on others recommendations and boy am I glad I did. From the moment we walked in the door until we left we were treated like family. The staff and Doctor Russell were very professional and I would highly recommend this practice. What a great experience.

After leaving for lunch, we came back in a few hours, and our eyewear was ready.
We will be back next year for our annual Exam.

I work in I.T. and had difficulty looking at my computer monitor. I went to Hind Sight Eye Care for their expertise. I left with two different pairs of glasses; one for vision and a great pair of Oakleys. The staff is very knowledgeable in all fields of Eye Care and were patient and thoughtful. I’m never going anywhere else except Hind Sight Eye Care!

I love this practice. I called them with an eye emergency. Julie couldn't get me in but gave me practices to call. She told me to call back if no one could see me. She got me in. Dr. Randall is super. One of the best exams I have ever had. I worked for an opthamologist so I know. I also got my new glasses there. I will be going back there again. Everyone is very helpful, and the whole place is super clean.

As a first time patient my experience at hindsight was amazing.

I don’t carry insurance and their prices were incredibly reasonable for the exam, and they never pressured me to make any big purchases with them.

I also, embarrassingly so, accidentally broke my glasses in front of one of the workers who immediately went back to fix them for me, and returned them in better condition than I could’ve ever repaired them. At no cost or complaint.
My experience was beyond what I would’ve expected and I will definitely return.

The young lady that assisted was exceptional. I feel like your company is fortunate to have her as an employee.

My son’s school referred us to them for my son an eye exam (paid for by a sponsor) we were expecting for the exam to be covered , but did not think the glasses would be paid for as well. As we were going over the cost of the glasses , a gentleman ( possibly the owner or manager ) came over and said that it was all going to be taken care of at no cost to us at all. We are so extremely grateful for hindsight & I highly recommend them ! Knowledgeable , helpful ,& SO kind !

Beautiful glasses to choose from. I asked for help finding something in the style I like, and I went with the frames they recommended for me. They really got my style and picked a flattering size and shape for my face. They also had the glasses done so fast! Normally, at my place back home, I have to wait 1-2 weeks, but they had them done in an hour! Also, they were really friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone local, or other visitors that like me loose their glasses on vacation.

I found this place as a new resident because of the highly rated reviews on Google. I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door with excellent customer service that has persisted through an eye exam and the purchase of several pair of glasses.

Great experience! Super good customer service, everybody was super pleasant and helpful. Lots of frames to choose from, and after my initial appointment my glasses were done within a few days.

Hindsight just plain did a good job. The exam was one of the most comprehensive eye exams I have ever received. My prescription was handled quickly and with friendly service. In my case, I had my new lenses installed (including a new frame) the next day. I will continue to work with Hindsight.

Best lenses I've had in years. Dr. Russell gave me a prescription different from what I got a year ago somewhere else and it is great. Got new lenses in my old metal frames without a problem the next day. Great service. Highly recommend Hindsight. I will be returning here from now on.
