Manjar Criollo FL Restaurant

Manjar Criollo is a standout in the Haines City, FL, area. Its cozy ambiance, exceptionally friendly staff, and consistent attention to customer satisfaction set it apart. Every dish we ordered was not only delicious but also artistically presented. The specialty, stuffed chicken with mofongo, is a must-try; it's so flavorful that you'll want more, despite being full. The cheese flan, creamy and soft, is another highlight. The outdoor seating offers a view of an impressive wall mural, and the interior decor is equally appealing. Parking is ample. We're eager to visit again and bring more family members along.

Update 2/16/224: I had the pleasure of returning and tried the Asopao de gandules on a bed of mofongo. It was the best asopao I've ever had. Their attention to detail reflects the care they put into food preparation. The staff frequently checked on us, further showing their dedication to customer care.

How do I explain?

This place is AMAZING. The service was outstanding. The flavors are delicious and the environment is so relaxed. Very clean dining room. Beautiful decor. It felt like home.

What can I say? This place is wonderful! We love their food, service, smiles and even the background music was so pleasant (not annoying music like other places that you can’t hardly hear the person next to you). I so glad my friend invited me here! We loved it! I was reading some of the negative reviews about pricing . The first thing that they give you here is a menu with prices. So you know how much they are charging. People are unreasonable! This place is wonderful 💕

I really enjoy my visit. Great customer service very attentive, good family atmosphere, very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious, fresh, excellent presentation and good waiting time. The prices are razonable. I recommend this place 100% and definitely going back.

Everything here is great. Customer service 10/10, cleanliness 10/10, ambience 10/10, food wow Delicious, everything we’ve tried here has been delicious, they serve good amounts for the price and cute plate set ups. Try the trifongo yummy best I’ve had with churrasco wow. Last night we had the sopa with gandules and ham OMG it was perfect. Keep up the good work. Dios les bendiga y prospere.

One of the best Mofongos I’ve had compared to back home in Puerto Rico. All the food was well prepared and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was good. We also brought friends who tried Puerto Rican food for the first time and I am glad they enjoyed it and would be back again.

Best puertorrican restaurant in Orlando. Im not an expert in puertorrican food. But in all this years this place won my heart. Everything was perfect from food to the drinks and desert. Plus super clean. Indoor /outdoor seating. The ladies are super sweet.

Loved this place . The alcapurrias reminded me of One's in Puerto Rico. Everything was delicious. Attentive staff . Affordable and clean. Will definitely be coming back and tell all my friends and family about this little hidden gem.

Great food served on a timely manner. Piña colada was good! The only thing that I wasn't pleased with is the fact that one can't order just meat. I have dietary restrictions and can't eat a lots of things. I asked just for the garlic chicken no sides and was told that they can't serve me just that. I ended up going home with a plate of rice and beans that I can't eat anyways. Other than that the place was great!

Amazing flavor, great atmosphere, and excellent service. We tried the Pechuga Jibara (jibara chicken breast) and it was amazing! This is our third time here and it's always exceptional!

Finding this place was a pleasant surprise. The food and service was amazing! Servers were very nice and the food was DELICIOUS! They keep everything very clean and is a nice place to be.

This place is not in a major shopping center, so when you find it you will have found a gem. Great tasting food. Nice atmosphere and prices are fair.

Excellent customer service, awesome taste on my red snapper and seafood soup, instead on bread the restaurant provide us with home made plantains, pińa colada was really good, see you soon Manjar Criollo Team!

We went to this Puerto Rican restaurant from the advice of “El Jibaro Moderno”. I had the mofongo with the churrasco which was delicious. The meat and sauce for the mofongo were both seasoned well. Also had a “Kola Champagne” which I had not had in years. I have to give this place a 5 /5 stars because of the food and the attention from our waitress Tatiana.💕👍
