Can't say enough positive things about Ted and his team! We've worked with more than 5 different realtors on different projects over the past 2 years. Hands down, Ted is far superior to all of them. We had to work with him remotely and he made the process so easy for us. We even had to have a few minor housekeeping items done to our place and Ted provided me with contacts, met the contractors, and took care of the details for us. We put a lot of trust and faith in him and we were not disappointed.

Home sale went really well using Ted Payne as our realtor! He handled all the hard aspects of advertising and showing the home and is definitely knowledgeable and efficient. Ted helped us through our home purchase and it was hugely appreciated!! Ted took the time to explain the process of purchasing home, he shared his knowledge of the market, he negotiated and he made sure our interests were represented. I was so glad we had his expertise because there were multiple offers on the home after it had only been listed for a week. We needed to get a sensible offer together on short order. He assisted us through the entire process including all the paperwork needed for the home purchase. Trying to go it alone may have saved us a bit of money, but I don't think we'd have gotten the home we wanted at the price we were happy with without a good realtor like Ted. On top of all that, Ted is professional, courteous, and easy to work with. You can tell he cares more about helping than he does about profits. I only wish I could buy my cars from Ted :)

As buyers of a home in St. George, we had a very good experience with Ted and his associate. We were living in Utah County and had no idea whom we should select as our real estate agent in STG. I called a close friend from Idaho who had been in the real estate profession for over 40 years and who knew the type of agent that would fit me. He actually interviewed some agents in STG and after doing so, he recommended Ted to us. As it turned out, we were very pleased with the recommendation. We enjoyed working with Ted and have recommended him to a family member who was selling and buying in STG. One area in which I thought he was particularly strong was in acting as our advocate vis-a-vis the seller and her agent. There was an issue with the house that came up during the inspection phase and Ted handled a sticky situation very professionally and successfully on our behalf.
